Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The room (including bathroom) was great - spacious, clean, plenty of supplies, all things working. The staff was very well trained! And not just the staff at the reception, but all the staff - including the trainer in the gym, and the man at the swimming pool. Keep it up! And plenty of water in the room - like 6-8 bottles. This seems like such a small thing, but really made my stay so much better, not having to call and wait for water repeatedly.

SwitzerlandA few areas in the room starting to look a little tired - carpets, inside corners of room window and ‘hard to reach’ areas in bathroom collecting dust/dirt. The ‘fish scale art’ on the wall by the pool is starting to look scruffy as are the glass panels.
Stunning hotel, attention to detail is exceptional. Attentive, polite and super professional staff went above + beyond. Beautiful fresh flowers everywhere! Incredible art and design. Lovely pool area and spa, an oasis in the heart of Mumbai. Fantastic breakfast selection. Generous room size with huge windows overlooking city. Sincere thanks to the front of house team led by Angelina, the concierge, chef Paul, driver Saurev.

United StatesThere was not much that we did not like about the St. Regis, but there was some slight disorganization with car and luggage service that could have impacted our departure timing if we had not scheduled further in advance. Cars were also advertised as BMWs, but did not always receive this make when requested.
Staying at the St. Regis anywhere in the world is almost self-explanatory, as the amenities and layout are epitome of 5-star accommodations. The ambience, decor, and service are top notch, and the staff is always willing to help and go above and beyond. This location is connected to a shopping center, which is good when wanting to find dining or shopping outside of the restaurant, especially when you need to buy an extra piece of luggage for the trip home. Views from top levels are amazing, with sweeping vistas of the City and partial ocean views that were fantastic. Staff was very personable, leaving snacks, notes and replying to requests via our personal butler services. Cars to and from can be scheduled in advance, and will wait for you if requested, which is a convenience that is needed in a bustling metropolis such as Mumbai. Pool deck was serene and comfortable for a swim in any season, with plenty of lounge chairs to catch a nap or read a couple chapters from your favorite book. Restaurants in the hotel were great, especially the rooftop location, which had grand views of the City at night.
