Breakfast spread could have been better. And please allow smoking on the roof top open air Resteraunt as its quite tiring to go down for every time you wanna smoke.

Rooms are very well done up with paintings on the celing and murals on the wall. Very friendly staff The rooftop resturant offers a good view of the fatehsagar lake and during our stay there was live singing which added to overall atmosphere. The food was quite good as well.

No allocated parking for one's staying in the hotel and I had to park on the road for 3 days. The plumbing facility was horrible, the flush wasn't working properly and the water color was black, even after multiple complaints it wasn't resolved. No free breakfast was served to us on the 1st day as the hotel staff couldn't figure out the applicable discount.Overall, we didn't have a great experience especially considering the price charged for each day.

We reserved the last room which happened to be a family room. It was on the ground floor and wished we could have been on a higher floor.

Its a beautiful property facing the lake. The room os spacious of 2 people if you want extra bed then taking a bigger room is better. The hotel is close to all the attractions in the city. Staff is friendly. I suggest to include breakfast, it was good. The hotel staff will also help you with local travel arrangements

So this was our first trip to Rajasthan and our first destination was Udaipur. After searching for a lot of properties we finalised on this one. Being skeptical initially , all our worries were resolved when we reached the property. Mr Hemant and his team were very well spoken and polite. We asked for a room change as we did not like the initial room provided , and it was changed the next day. The restaurant serves amazing food! Mr Hemant also helped us with a taxi to tour the city. We hired it for 2 days and toured the entire city. The taxi driver was very nice and polite too. The property is a lake facing boutique hotel, comfortable and clean rooms , well spoken and courteous staff and overall well managed. We had a wonderful stay for 4 days.

Fantastic lake facing heritage hotel. The property is aesthetically designed with very good touch of heritage. Property is pet friendly and you'll find furry friends if you are lucky enough. They have amazing roof top lake facing bar serving delicious cocktails and food. A must visit place and amazing property to stay.

Washroom not upto the mark, there was a stench - strong bad smell. Which could not be sorted by the maintenance. Breakfast was just basic.

Ambience is good, rooms feel cramped. Just that you get a lake view immediately as you step out of the hotel. Basic facilities are reasonable. Great checkin & checkout experience.
