Dear Sir/Madam, Over the past few years, whenever we visited Mangalore, my family and I have always stayed at your hotel. You may check your records for confirmation. On June 1st, I booked a room and, due to travel delays, we arrived late at the hotel. Upon our arrival, we requested to inspect the room before making the payment. Unfortunately, we were provided with one of the worst rooms, which had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. We requested a room change, but the front desk staff refused and later suggested that we open the door to air out the smell. This was rude and disrespectful, especially given that it was 11:30 PM. My wife and I had no choice but to leave the hotel. Kindly improve your customer service

The bed was not comfortable as the springs not covered by adequate sponge. Since i 'm not using pillow it was very difficult for me to lie down. More over the sound of AC. The shelf door was also making too much sound while opening and closing. No paste, brush or shaving kit provided

It's mentioned that it's a 3 star hotel in Google reviews. But it's just a boarding and lodging place. Not clean and tidy enough. Mosquitos 🦟 were there. Bed was sinking. It was a bad experience. We booked for 3000 plus taxes but it's worth only 500/rs . OYo rooms and are better and value for money.

Recently stayed at this hotel and chosen this hotel out of necessity; limited options available due to late night hours. Unfortunately encountered unfriendly staff especially the guy at reception, impacting the overall experience negatively. pleasant stay.

Little tricky to find as ser ba k from the main yoad and reached by narrow druvewsy but when you see the sign it is really obvious.

Treebo cancelled the reservation right before the scheduled arrival, insisting on prepayment despite the booking.com policy stating that payment is to be made at the hotel property. This occurred despite the hotel having low occupancy.

There is too much competition for dosa, poor , idli etc as they bring only little amounts from kitchen each time with many customers eagerly waiting at the tables. When they do bring it out every one has to jump on each other to get some food. The staff are very rude , talk horrible and do not accept requests. They charged me 5k per room per day but it is only worth 1k per room . Suggest avoid and look elsewhere

Booking experience. We booked for 4 nights. Though Booking.com has a good arrangement with which booking the hotel room without payment was permitted, repetitive messages on email and whatsapp started flowing from Treebo urging us to make the payment to confirm the booking! There was no option to make a part payment also. Since you are giving an option to cancel the booking till about a day before the check in date, I suggest that you should not insist on full payment for all the (4 in our case) days booked by guests. You may ask for just the first day's advance booking payment, and for balance days, payment should be collected at check in. For single day bookings, advance payment may be collected by Booking.com at the time of booking itself.

Excellent location. Decent breakfast. Sufficient sized room and good facilities (A/C, water heater, kettle etc).

Totally unprofessional and arrogant. I requested for extention for couple of hours since I only checked in at 6.30 AM in the morning. My bus was cancelled precious day and I couldn't check in at 2PM on the day of the booking instead I reached next day morning at 6.30 AM. I requested so many times for couple of hours extention since I had to perform pooja in the nearby temple .i also offered Rs. 500 what they had initially asked. I returned from temple at 10.30 AM and at 11.00 AM they called me and asked to vacate. I informed that my return bus is in the night, so please give extension but they didn't show any courtesy and asked for a full day payment. The person in charge didn't bother about the customer plight who had nowhere to go. So overall I paid Rs. 2000 for one hour of total stay. Also the Air-conditioner wasn't working and the main door was jammed and wasn't closing. The body lotion was used one. However their attitude was high. I walked to a nearby hotel and requested them for couple of hours stay and they understood my situation and immediately offered assistance. I appreciate such people who don't care only about money but always ready to help one another.

Poor TV conn, have to fiddle with remote, limited channels; hotel is stingy and suspicious of its guests. They do not provide stainless steel spoons of any kind for room service, bath soap supply is another miserly affair. Breakfast options are limited though buffet breakfast is provided. When an item of snacks runs out, guests have give a loud call for replenishment..this happened on all the days we stayed.

Central location, spacious rooms, working AC, 24hrs running hot water, and excellent laundry service at addl charge, ample parking for guests' cars.
