Only one issue which i faced was with the rules of the property no alchohol, no smoking everything is perfect, but we were having our food in the room and one of the staffs comes and says this is not allowed - really how can this be not allowed looks like a school where there are a bunch of rules to be followed and we are like slaves??? after paying lot of money - which was bit upsetting for us. Other rules are good but you cant go to the length of dictating even food - if i order from swiggy / zomato / or even your own restaurant and want to have it inside my room what is wrong with it?? Seriously there should be a limit to this nonsense too much rules you cant put on people - the rooms are not being offered for charity or philanthropical purposes. Otherwise the property / everything else is par excellence. Location - it is bit far from town so have your own vehicle or travel by auto / cab which the hotel nicely arranges

Fantastic property with excellent cleanliness, away from town and offers real feel of mother nature. Prompt service and good owners no nuisance peaceful stay, the room which we took was really wonderful

It is a good place to stay. Nice staff in there. It’s quiet though it was near to the Ooty centre, all markets are accessible from this location. Had some quality time staying there overall

The staffs are very good, they treat you like their family. I stayed during the newyear times and there were some programs where gusts can participate. . It was very nice. The location , food is good. You can order from zomato/swiggy. The rooms, bathrooms are neat and clean. They do have private parking space. We really enjoyed the stay.

The property exceeded my expectations significantly. It was precisely 1.9 kilometers from the Ooty Main Bus Station and approximately 3 kilometers from the Ooty Market. The property features a well-maintained garden and a play area for kids. The garden is particularly well-kept. The rooms are decent, and the staff is polite. The General Manager, Paul, assisted us in planning our trip. The rates at their travel desk are market standard, with no additional charges. Both Paul and Aditya were kind to us, allowing for an early check-in and late check-out.

Wifi was a bit poor, but nothing too bad.

The staff was very good. The bonfire was a great addition. The rooms were very spacious and cozy. Rooms and bathroom was very clean. Really enjoyed my stay. The games available in the hotel were a lot of fun, we enjoyed playing board games and the comic books.

The place is great, was clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It's a great budget stay. The breakfast was also fantastic and tasty honestly didn't expect food to be good. I think I found my default stay in Ooty for short trips.

Paradise Perfect is a well chosen name for an excellent family hotel, quietly located above Ooty downtown. The atmosphere is peaceful, relaxed, warm and very positive. The team is extremely helpful and efficient. They helped me with logistics, gave good advice and numerous tips. Provided a professional guide for walks in the nature. It is a fantastic hub for making excursions in the area. Great hospitality. The breakfast and dinner food is really delicious. Mouth-watering. Everything is prepared fresh. Taste is super. Wide choice. Variety of dishes. The room was clean and comfortable. Many facilities. It was a joy to be there as a guest. Five star!

The place is really good for family, and I stress on that because it's meant for family stay only. The staff is really welcoming and makes you feel at home by providing their best. My family really loved it there, and I would strongly suggest all my family and friends
