It was not clean. The bedsheets,pillows, bath towels were all dirty with stains even after being replaced. Mini fridge didn't work. Showers didn't have proper flow.

I had a suite, but the room are not clean compared to the hotels in the same area. The lights are old and dull in rooms. Everytime you need to call the house keeping for basic accessories because nothing are prekept in the room.

The location is great and the connectivity is good. The rooms are fairly sized and one of the few hotels that have 3 people occupancy rooms

The Staff at the Reception was not trained or experienced, basic hygiene for receptionist was almost absent, they asked us to pay extra if we needed Wifi Connection, and on complaining the Duty or Reception Manager Sanjay spoke in a language which is not appropriate to the standard of such hotel where you have guests coming from outside India. The Hotel should clarify on Booking.com in visible headlines that wifi needs to be paid for as it just says it in small print. The Manager Sanjay had a worst attitude and the way he spoke to the Hotel Guests is not right, he made us feel like we were asking for some charity donation rather than asking for the WIFI. The Management should look into hiring qualified Reception and Manager level staff for the Front Desk. Once we told him that we would report this matter, his whole attitude changed which shows his level of handling International Guests.

The Hotel was close to the Airport which was a good thing, it had food outlets nearby. The Room was good and clean. And the property was well maintained. Although the room should be seperated with a choice of Smoking or Non Smoking.

Ac was not working properly they didn’t fix it even after complaining. had to sleep with sweat. I stayed in this hotel frequently. this time stay is not a good experience at all. I will have to see other hotel next time

The staff rejected my booking as I had booked it through booking.com even though the rooms were available. It was late night so we were very annoyed with the staff behaviour. Later we spoke to the manager and he agreed to take out booking and gave us the room for that night. Suggestion: please call the property and end sure ur booking via email incase the payment is not processed.

Location is on the main road (close to pheonix mall and airport) and the property is clean (even though it’s a bit old). Had a comfortable stay for my family.

One of the seemingly affordable hotels in the busy Viman Nagar area in Pune, Park Estique does not live up to expectations! The rooms look a bit worn out, the overhead shower did not work, it took some calls and some fiddling with the remotes (battery change, remote change etc.) to get the tiny TV to work. Not that it mattered much as we were there for 2 nights for a couple of business meetings. Oh and yes, the electric kettle also did not work, but they quickly changed it.

Location is spot on, On the main Viman Nagar road, near everything you need, and with the new metro line coming up on the same road you are guaranteed to be connected with the rest of the city. The rooms are spacious, air conditioning works well and room service is better than average. So that pretty much ticked all the boxes for me.

I had checkout at 7am in the morning and inspite of informing the reception and bell desk the previous night, there was no bellhop to collect my luggage from room to the car and the receptionist flatly stated that they had no one for the luggage. Also since I was traveling with family to a wedding, we had 5-6pcs of luggage which I was left dragging my luggage to the car. There were people hanging around the door to ask for tip for sure. Pathetic service and experience.
