Dinner was part of the package, and which was honoured, but the food variety was very limited. This is an area that has room for improvement.

Transport facility is not good. During pickup we have to push bus for starting as vehicle battery was not charged. Drop facility is not available at all time. Only 3 fixed slots. Therefore not usable

They had upgraded our room without any charges. Staff is polite. Breakfast is complementary. They had also given us extended check out time upto 1:45 pm

Location was fantastic. Airport transport great. We arrived a few hours before our check in time and we were able to get our room earlier which was great. Reception staff were absolutely fantastic. They couldn’t have done enough for you. Amazing service and very hospitable and so welcoming and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

sofa cum bed and chairs had stains need upgrade for the same ...bed was cozy but didnt felt value for money...it could be rated as 3 star not 4 as we had issues with hot water, phones had to repaired. Had to call the reception several times on the 10th April to open the locks of our connecting rooms, had to call several times to the room service for menu. Food was not that great.

Breakfast was good, beds were cosy, morning reception guy on the 11th April was good and arranged for shuttle service for airport also provided suggestions which helped us during our stay.

The breakfast buffet was very limited for the price of the room and also the dining area got too crowded at around 9 am. Perhaps it would be better to have ones breakfast early.

The property is a 5 min drive away from the airport and about 11 km from the Golden Temple. Ubers and Olas are easily available in this location. The staff was great and checkin and checkout were a breeze. We ordered room service once and the service was perfect. I especially loved the nice masala tea served in this hotel. Our room was surprisingly big. It had a kitchenette, a microwave and a full size fridge and still had enough space for our toddler to roam around and dance. They also run 3 daily shuttles to the Golden Temple and many shuttles to the airport which is just a 5 min drive away. This was a great bonus. Their pool side area is also quite nice and we spent an hour or so chilling there in the early hours after breakfast.

The premier suite didn't have a lift to the 8th floor and had to walk through open area which was unclean. We were told the room was a presidential suite and were expecting basic amenities and supplies like tissue rolls, good lighting, extra cutlery and properly working electrical applicance unfortunately it was not to that standard and had bad lighting in bathrooms, supplies weren't enough and tv wires were not connected. Overall wasn't the best feeling for us.

We are upgraded to Premier suite for the two superior room and could checkin early.
