No staff available even at 10pm at all. Had to visit reception everytime I needed something. No facilities no services available. Kitchen got too closed before time and then they stopped responding answering calls at reception. Worst stay ever.. Pathetic service.

windows were glass and you can see the skyline.. the sunrise was also clearly visible.. cleanliness was an issue.. like the property is not well maintained.. floor boards were cracked.. walls have dampened and paster was coming off.. curtains were unclean.. food options were limited. but the view is really good from the top floor.

The rooms especially the bathroom was not maintained. There was dust in all corners of the room. The bathroom is very dirty ? The tiles are old and the taps all gunky. The wooden floors squeak and make noise.

Everything like they didn't provide toiletries, towels etc for every single thing you have to call then wait 10-20min if you're going to get that thing or not.

No dental kit ,and the landline was not working properly ,allso the landline was very dirty. There was only one towel but overall had a good experience, will definitely come again.

the first room allotted had the toilet very unclean and un-flush. the next room was ok however I by mistakenly went to room no 205 and that wasn’t my room I later realised but my key opened the door. it was a big embarrassment for me.

Old and dull hotel, I would rate it 2 stars, from the very beginning: • porter was begging for tips just for rolling my small suitcase; • lunch was very spicy and awful, I got stomach sick after it, took me two days to recover; • my room was very dirty, especially the floor on check in; • I've booked this hotel for 6 nights, instead lived 4 nights there just to move to a better place, even on the check out they cheated me with sum for my stay!

Well the bed was really confy and huge, probably that's all benefits that this place could offer

the parking area. you have to walk down the blind spot to 2nd basement. which is dingy. the filthiest room ever. stinking and dozens of used condoms, food packets and buds below the bed. it was nightmare staying there. doesn’t justify the price. feels cheated.

The rooms are run down and smell. Walls had paint coming off everywhere due to dampness. it was shocking. Hand shower in the bathroom had leakage from 5 different places which made water come out in all directions. There was no soap to wash hands. While flies were roaming around on the b/f buffet, hotel’s management was having a huddle 10 ft away seemingly not interested. It’s a shame that the hotel is a part of an international chain

Very bad property + Didn't have porter after 8pm, at my check-in + Wifi is extremely slow + Didn't have Australian wall sockets to fit my laptop charger and reception didn't have international plug + No hot water for morning shower + Wall lights hanging put exposing wiring, in bathroom (Could be very dangerous)

It should be called a 2 star hotel , it’s pathetic

nothing to like, it’s an old almost dilapidated kind of property, room doesn’t have basic necessities like fridge, dryer or toiletries, tower given was course and looked very old. Staff is unresponsive and shabby.
