IndiaThe room was nice and chilled and smelt fresh with the ac on, but once the ac was put off there was a kind of mild stench of the drain in the room so we had to turn on the ac again and make do with the covers on. Sad u dont have a good stock of different teas for the room. Every hotel has Assam tea (which happens to be our favourite too) but unfortunately not available here. I think it is an exceptional tea and should b available at all times. A good Indian tea to wake up to. The breakfast setup is quite awkward and disorganised or shud I say mismanaged. Chefs were arguing with the waiters and hampering the service. Too many service staff but badly . Managers are not meant to only speak to guests but also organise and streamline effective service. Staff in the kitchen were quite slow and even the executive chef was cooking instead of getting staff organised.
The room was well appointed, comfortable beds, early check in was much appreciated. Very good vienoisserie at the breakfast.

India1) Amex was not accepted as a form of payment. Forcing me to use another card that charged me a 5% foreign transaction fee. 2) Bell desk didn't bring my luggage to the room despite several reminders and I had to go pick it up myself. They apologized but it could have been easier to just decline bell desk service in the first place, instead of making a promise they couldn't keep. 3) Not much you can do about it, but the location is very inconvenient for someone traveling to Himachal from down south, reaching the hotel is an additional 30+ minutes detour. We were coming from Delhi and could have done with not having to spend additional 30 min reaching the location.

Luxembourg1. the staff at reception could be better trained. at check-in and the next day we were told two different things about breakfast options by the reception staff. they weren't helpful at all in finding the right options for us. 2. room keys kept getting deactivated. had to reactivate three times in a 5 day stay. 3. the room wasn't thoroughly cleaned at check-in however this was promptly remedied once I pointed it out.
Good location, very comfortable beds, spacious rooms and bathrooms, courtious and friendly staff at the enterance and valet. A good quality Hyatt experience.

IndiaRoom size , is very tiny not very comfortable. Chairs / sofa in room were also little uneasy . Lastly at check out time making the Customer sit and wait while mini bar is getting checked despite declaring nothing is taken from it , was little impolite in today’s hospitality market .

United KingdomPaid for premium rooms. My room had a view of a tree covering the entire window on the second floor! Had requested interconnecting rooms or next door, given rooms at opposite ends of the corridor. Paid held board but was told could not have breakfast in the room. Very small site. No gardens. Very small lounge area. Food was terrible in the room. Room smelt musty. Loud music playing all day on Sunday due to a wedding. Stayed 2 nights instead of the 13 planned.
