This hotel is right beside a bunch of banquet halls and the windows are not sound proof, you can't avoid load musics at night during wedding season. On top of that we had an incident on our final night around 7pm, other guests on the same level started playing load music with their suite door open. However, upon our first contact to the front desk, we were advised they'll look into it. Nothing changed for another 15 to 20 minutes, the front desk was contacted again. Now this time we were advised that the restriction is only after 10.30pm. We had a flight to catch next morning and were catching an early snooze. This was not acceptable. The housekeeping staff also tend to turn the music on high volume and leaving the door open when cleaning up the vacant suites. I am not sure if management looks after this. The area around the hotel was gross and smelly. Surprisingly, we didn't see any garbage cans around the block.

Initial greeting by Ravindra was very friendly and welcoming. Room size was good with all amenities and a fantastic city view. Close to the mall, was very convenient. Housekeeping did a great job.

The look of the hotel is highly deceptive in the picture. Given the hotel is surrounded by wedding venues, the noise level was quite high at night. TV was not user friendly by any means, It took almost 10 minutes to navigate my way. Breakfast was basic and people were touching food with their bare hands and placing them back. There was also lack of tea and coffee where you have to give several hard push to fill up the cup. The hotel is rated as 5 star, however in my opinion it should be 4 stars as it seemed like a motel. For the price that I paid per night it was not worth it !!!!

Location given it was within walking distance from Unity Mall. Shower was good as well.

My main complaint is with booking.com itself as I entered the search as a hotel near the International airport, and it is far from the airport, but this is not the fault of the hotel. The AC was a bit cold but the hotel is going to try to address that. I would like to see more English language options for the TV such as Netflix and BBC.

The staff were nice, the food was pretty good, the massage in the Spa was lovely. The best thing about it was it had that rare thing, a shower cubicle! So you don't end up with water all over the floor, and toilet every time you take a shower as is the case in most Indian bathrooms.

The maintenance standards were poor throughout our 5 day stay. One lift was out of order and we had to queue for one guest lift. No twin beds were given even though a twin room was booked 2 months prior. Also, we had to ask for extra blankets as these were removed during cleaning.. The exhaust fan in the bathroom never worked;the corridors were poorly air-conditioned,; room service forgot my soup order and the flush leaked.

the pool was small. the location was bad and very far from the aerport the surrounding area was dirty and was not safe to walk out side the hotel.

not allowing the guests inside the room by one of the staff names Manoj ( receptionist) even though I have given the local ids of my lady relatives and they belong to the Respected families and Mr. Manoj disrespected me in front of my family relative guests as he asked for their ids then said that they are not allowed to go in the room even for 10 minutes and he said all this in an aggressive manner with an angry, grim and long face. I have told him that this is not the way he should treat the hotel guests and even if there are some rules he should tell this with a smile on his face. even after I told all this , he was still talking to me in a mocking behavior.

The location and A receptionist called Mr.pankaj Roy kapoor is very friendly , helpful with a kind gesture with a warm smile. He was indeed very respectful to the hotel guests and co operated with me all my enquiries and my requests which is exactly opposite to the other receptionist named Mr.Manoj . I would like to appreciate Mr. Pankaj Roy kapur for his excellent hospitality and great attitude.

Lift was acting up weird, we have to spend kore times in lift pressing the floor

There was a issue with the lift once. We were stuck in the lift. I was with my toddlers and was bit scary. It took some considerable time for them to come and assist us. This kind of incident is really disappointing and not keeping up the brand of "Radisson" / 4 star hotel.

We were family of 4. We booked two adjacent rooms. Fortunately there was a internal door between two rooms and we could get that opened. We almost had a kind of big family room. We really liked that.
