The facility is old, and outdated for 5-star facility as advertised and it shows. I had issues with the plumbing in the bath where water was not draining, staff took care of it. there is no room service available after hours. Breakfast- limited selection, and food did not seem fresh, bread was stale/hard and a damp towel was placed over the bread to make it soft. on Booking.com only a hotel photo is displayed when booking, it does not show a picture of the surrounding industrial area. ( which is quite secluded ). Also, the 5-star rating does not seem to be aligned with similar large-chain hotels. The advertising on booking.com does show the surrounding industrial and secluded/isolated area where the hotel is located. ( which might deceive travelers unfamiliar with the area, or who have not visited the hotel before, and that would like more selection of dining/shopping choices in the area) it would be of great help for fellow travelers to view photos of the surrounding area. and improvement to the facility and food and beverage offerings.

I didn’t like anything From the reception to housekeeping to door porter! As if We were not the one paying them to stay in the hotel as if they were paying my bill with the attitude they welcome us !!! Check in was awful no communication at all on arrival ! We came late one night the security guard got upset for opening the gate !They check if you have speaker in luggage but don’t ask how is your stay! If you need anything!!Supposed to be a quiet hotel but housekeeping are loud and clear outside the room! It’s supposed to be a non smoking room but the room stink of cigarette. Plus outside everywhere it says smoking not allow but you find people gathered together and smoking! Now restaurant wow they are just something else we arrived and there face my god as if we were asking them to cook our food or pay the bill. Never ever coming back in this hotel !!!

The location is bit far and odd areas. we was in Kalkaji and to go there most of the driver was denied our request around 9:00 pm . and at least 5-6 drivers first accept our order for the ride and in the end they all declined just because it’s a bit far location . in the end we came with last metro and later by walk to our restaurant at night 12:00 after waiting 3 hours for Uber . very poor for service for UBER as well. hate this app and hate this car service in Delhi. .

Hotel was superb. Room was very spacious and beautiful 🤩 Reception guys was really great . and main thing food of this hotel in restaurant were so amazing 🤩 best Indian food you can get ever over there. Room was more then expectation. Will be great in this price if you add breakfast and pool facilities.

room was dirty, Electrical switch was broken, there was no menu available at the room. staff did not provide menu despite calling several times. dinner was served late and was cold and stale. no one was available at swimming pool to assist. no fresh towels were given by the hotel even after calling repeatedly.

The the locking system of the room needs service or repair U can check the cctv footage near room 201 on 26th of Nov..we were waiting out for nearly one hour.. Other room inmates were also struggling to open the doors.. Building and rooms are good but very poor management. Regarding food.. hair strands were found on food we ordered..high time to change the chef..room service very bad..housekeeping is worst..the owners of the hotel might not be knowing all these...

I have stayed earlier here, food quality and taste is not good. Plus the breakfast wasn't ready at the said time. Due to too much rush, towels and other amenities were not provided still charged. This time prices were also too high for no reason.

hotel rooms was not clean at all and staff was not attentive. rooms should be clean everyday..but when guest come after a long day back to hotel room and found his room mess and untidy all can imagine what feel it gives.
