The amenities which they provide in the washroom, specifically the tooth brush which should be in a sealed packing, but when I tried to open the packing, I could see long hair inside the packing, it's hygiene issue.. This should be taken care off.. And I asked them to provide my bill for the dinner but for both the nights they haven't provided me the bill at the time when I've asked them to provide. I had to make it at the time of checkout.. The property owner can be a little more strict regarding the cleanliness of the property, cigarette smoking should not be allowed in the lawn areas, or if they are allowing it, then they should mention throwing the cigarette buds in the dustbin..

The property is very nice..!! Very well situated..!! Hassel free checkin and checkout..!! The staff's behaviour is also good..!! Room cleanliness is maintained very well..!! Food is also good..!! The mornings complimentary breakfast is also good..!! Room service is very fast..!! The property is alongside the beach..!! Wifi connectivity is available..!! Smart TV provided in the rooms..!! AC was working superbly..!! Out of 10 I would rate this property at 8..!!

Entrance to the property is not pitch one and narrow.Restaurant has limited options of food. Beach adjacent is lonely and there is not food stall around . In the night it’s pitch dark. You can’t get into water as it’s dirty.You must have your own transportation arrangements. They charged extra money for a 11 yrs old kid who slept along with parents in the same bed. Breakfast was basic with bread, butter, paratha , pasta, egg , tea , sweet and juice. More variety would have been nice.

Clean and comfy resort with nice pool and open space. Rooms are clean and spacious. It’s next to sea beach in between two popular beach mondarmoni and soikat . Food quality is good but bit pricey with limited options.If you want to spend quality time next to beach then it’s ideal with lots of privacy. Staff’s are helpful and accommodative.

Bathroom shower was not working . Flush of the toilet doesn't work properly 4500 is a good amount should provide a mini fridge. Swimming pool staircase was not attached properly it was attached loose. Also there were no room slippers.

Additional charges in every service. They don't provide normal water, you have to buy mineral water at a higher price. And carry your swimming costume or you will have to buy from them.

Well i really love the whole experience. Already recommended many frnds. I would like to visit again. Property is beautiful and clean. Staff behaviour is good.
