For the suites with shared lounges, the key to door is the issue. With the same key, the lounge lights/ac are powered on and with the same key, the door has to be opened. This is security issue and also comfort issue as if other room occupant leaves with the key, power is switched off for all the rooms and loune.

MATRESS, IT WAS TOO SOFT AND BUMPY. IT SHOULD LITTLE HARDER TO GIVE US MORE COMFORT AS WE ARE INDIANS NOT AMERICANS AND BRITISHERS. THE TEA FROM THE RESTAURANT DELIVERED TO THE ROOM SHOULD BE MORE INTERNATIONAL QUALITY INSTEAD OF PURE GUJRATI STYLE. A HOTEL, A PERSON OR A NATION MUST ALWAYS BE IN LEARNING MODE.

The pool and the room were both great, the rooftop cafe was a great place to sit at sundown. Ajit on the front desk was superb, extremely helpful and responsive a credit to the hotel

ONE THING WAS VERY UPSETTING - I PAID FOR A MEAL AND BECAUSE I DID NOT RECEIVE A RECEIPT THEY ACCUSED ME OF NON PAYMENT SO I DOUBLE PAID! THIS FOR ME IS DISCREDITING MY TRUST AND SELF RESPECT!!! I AM A VERY TRUSTWORTHY PERSON AND A UPSTANDING WOMAN OF THE LAW THIS WAS VERY DISHEARTENING FOR MY SOUL! STEALING AND LYING INTENALLY OCCURS WE KNOW BUT IT HAS A DETRIMENTAL EFFECT ON OTHERS REPUTATION PLEASE BE AWARE MANAGEMENT.

The staff were very helpful and because we were gujarati, language was not a problem. Their English was also very good! The food in the restaurant was amazing 👏

The room was large, the bed very comfortable. It was clean and the staff very friendly. Meals, restaurant and other facilities I didn't try, but the roof top terrace looked really nice. The hotel is located in bit more quiet area. The price was very fair. I would defenitely stay here again.

Rates are on a bit higher side.

I can't recall if there was a microwave in the kitchen, but there certainly were not any plates or crockery for drinks. As there were 5 of us sharing a 2 bedroom suite, some utensils would have been useful.

We ate daily at the hotel. Breakfast was excellent as was the meals generally. The staff were courteous, helpful yet kept their distance which was the ideal balance. The 2 bedroom suite with abundant living space we had was great. The hotel was located next to Rajkot airport and the views from the roof top were spectacular! There were frequent birthday parties there and wedding functions which were enjoyable to observe. This did not detract from our stay as they were all well managed.

there are a few minor things that can be improved on from my experience. For example, I had requested an express laundry which was promised in 6 hours but I had to chase it three times and only then did I receive it. Another time I asked the reception if international cards are accepted and I was told let me check and get back to you. They never did call me back. Also, the lunch was served but they never came to collect dishes until called. Overall these are minor things which if improved could make the experience very very good. Also it would be nice if it is mentioned clearly that when making changes the complimentary breakfast disappears.

The hotel was very clean, the rooms were spacious, the fridge was cold for my mum's medicines and the facilities were very good. the ac in the room I was initially allocated was leaking and the staff very quickly changed my room and were very helpful.

The AC in room made a lot of noise all night . Lot of traffic noise was coming from outside through out night . The glasses should be sound proof
