We expected 2BHK(2 diff rooms) instead we got a hall with a room. Of course both had a king size bed but we wanted 2 separate rooms which was the only issue.

It was clean and tidy and the staff was cooperative as well.

The bed was too soft, there was no suitable blanket, and there was no coffee or tea in the room, so we had to go out and buy those things, which was inconvenient. The rate was quite exorbitant in relation to the amenities provided, and there were no toiletries in the room. The towels were also of poor quality.

The ocean view from the top floor was spectacular, and the peaceful atmosphere there really appealed to me. One of the fastest internet connections I've had in a long time.

A nice apartment, centrally located, but away from the crowds. The caretakers were extraordinarily friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and well maintained. Spacious rooms, but be aware that one bed is in the corridor and does not have A/C.

The house was on ground floor with 2 ac bedrooms, 1 open non ac family room with double bed, kitchen with clean basic utensils for tea, gas stove and refrigerator, living room with sofa. Clean bedsheets and towels. 1 small clean washroom inside the house and 1 more bathroom just outside. Water is provided.

Phoenix home was great and the hospitality by the staff was simply superb and very down to earth. We thoroughly enjoyed staying and facilities were good and the hot water issue was fixed immediately when reported. We will definitely recommend phoenix home for tourists and holiday makers.

The design and structure of the house is a little weird. The placement of the bed in the hall can be reorganised. There is only 1 washroom and attached to the bedroom. The kitchen is not really usable, had a very strong odour, so I had to keep it closed all the while.

- This place is just okay for 1-night stay - There are 2 A/Cs, one each for bedroom and hall and are effective

The advance amount paid was not adjusted in the overall amount or refunded. Had to pay full amount for the days not stayed also. Owner was rude,arrogant and treated us disrespectfully. The place is clean and facilities are good but not worth the money and no peace of mind after interaction with the owner. Had a very bad time. I will not recommend this property if you are looking for a peaceful stay.
