Approach road to the hotel is in a very bad state and has been like that for many years (probsbly the worst i've seen in Goa). Dinner meal a la carte food was of average quality. Had to call housekeeping to service the room. Safe in the room wasn't working. No sports channels available on the TV in the room. Some linen on the balcony seating and poolside seating was visibly dirty.

Breakfast buffet and service of the restaurant staff was good. The pool was massive and was clean. Room was big and comfortable. Leg massager was a good addition. The plants, flowers and the garden area was beautiful and well maintained. Buggy service from the room to the beach was good too.

Swimming pool water way to hot for hot weather like this, it should be much cooler. Reception staff doesn’t look confident enough, some of them can’t speak proper English, going around circles when asking questions

The resort didn’t have covered car parking area. The reception area didn’t have water coolers or fans with sprinklers. I kept wondering how the staff manages without cooling systems.

The swimming pool is the most amazing part of the resort. The bathroom was also very amazing.

A bit dated and tired, needs a tart up.No sun beds on the beach, only beds behind wire fence. Also very loud western pop music played Very loud in all communal areas.

It could have been helpful if loungers were provided on the beach. There wasnt any seating option available on the beach. It would have helped a lot with kids

The rooms were quiet spacious anf well furnished. Bathrooms were specially roomy. The pool was sufficiently large and well staffed. The restaurant had great food and staff was very helpful.

Poor hospitality and staff of fame restaurant is even worse. The manager Karl does not understand the issue at all and keeps arguing and putting baseless points. On new year eve the Waiters were illiterate and didn't understand simple words like "soft drinks" or starters

There was property maintenance was going on while guests were staying, creating a mess and unhygienic environment.

This resort is actually on the Utroda beach , which is very isolated and clean . This is kind of private beach to the resort

The way to the beach after sunset is quite dark …. Can arrange for more lights …..also the manager and the cab driver attached to the hotel have a nexus whereby they don’t allow entry to Goa miles drivers ….even insulted an elderly driver and threatened to cause damage to his vehicle if he was seen near planet Hollywood ….this was unexpected in a place like PH

The room was comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the leg massager and the other amenities in the room. Pool and jacuzzi was excellent. The brrakfast was exceptional. The property is well maintained and has private accesd to the beach.
