It was everything great! Nice and cosy room with comfortable beds, just 5 min walking to the bus stand and the best part of it, was Manu and Mickey!!! They were absolutely amazing! Also, Mickey cooks the best pasta in India!!

I spent 3 weeks at the hotel and I LL surely be back. All the staff is super friendly and helpful and do all they can to accommodate you. Great value for the price and a short walk to the lake!

Super nice and friendly staff! Manu just let you feel like home, and help you with everything you need. Nice breakfast in the rooftop with nice view! Very quiet place and nice big rooms. Super nice location, 5 min to bus stand and 5 min to market street.

The accommodation is very close to the bus station and we were able to walk here. It is also possible to walk to the lake. The employees here were extremely respectful and polite to me and my friend, without insisting on anything and helpful. They were also flexible with our date changes, as we were only staying in Pushkar for two days, but we liked it so much that we extended our stay in the city. They also offered us a tour that I imagine would be incredible at a good price, but because of work we couldn't go, but I'm sure it must be incredible based on what I read from other guests' reports. Family and peaceful atmosphere, pleasant rooftop. The bed was very big and the water was hot. I highly recommend it. Thank you so much for everything, Poonam family.

Manu Maiky and all the staff gonna help you with all you need. The hostel is really clean, spacious and it has a roof top with restaurant with delicious food where you can spend and enjoy your time with other travelers. Good location, about 7 mins walking from the lake and really quiet in the night.

Everything was perfect

Very helpful kind and friendly staff. Great location, just a short walk to the lake and city center. Also had a nice traditional Indian meal made for us here sitting next to the bonfire with nice and interesting talks, which we really enjoyed. All the food we had was really nice. We were sick in the beginning of our stay and everyone was really helpful and friendly to us. We enjoyed our stay here and Would recommend staying here :)

The place is in such a good location, accessible to everything. The staff super friendly and always ready to help. The atmosphere itself has been a bliss! Such nice vibe and energy. We booked for 2 days, ended up extending for 2 more days because we liked it so much.

Very warm, welcoming and helpful stuff. The rooftop is a cool place to hang out in and to grab breakfast. Great location, just 5 minutes from the market center and 5 minutes from the Mela Ground.

We had an amazing stay in Pushkar ! The rooftop restaurant, the location, the food, the room… everything was perfect. Big up to Micky and Manu, the owners. They are really nice, helpful and attentive. They helped us to plan the things to do and we had really good time with. Thanks for all !! We will definitely come back to Poonam Hotel for our next trip, and we highly recommend this place for a quality/budget room.

The hot water was a little tempremental during our stay. That said, staff were quick to call in plumber to resolve as soon as they could. It's also worth noting that the place has recently been taken over and we visited before the main tourist season, so this is easily forgiven!

The hotel has recently been started by Manu and Miki, who were very kind and welcoming. We arrived at 4am and Manu was on hand to welcome us and allowed us early check in, which was really appreciated after an uncomfortable night train journey! There was always a member of staff on hand throughout our stay to help us with whatever we needed, including laundry and booking our coach for next part of our journey (without a crazy price mark-up like you sometimes see in other hostels/hotels!) The rooftop restaurant is a really nice chilled space and Miki is an excellent chef! It honestly felt as though we were staying with friends rather than in a hotel. The communal spaces were cleaned every morning and many plants decorate the space giving it a really nice homely feel. Location is also very desirable, around a 5 minutes walk from main shopping area and lake, yet still far away enough that there is no noise disturbance during the night. This hotel is ideal for anyone looking for a private room on a budget, ideal for solo backpackers and couples, we will definitely be looking into staying at this place again on our next visit to Pushkar.
