Staff did not have any knowledge at all. Had to wait an hour for getting room key reactivated. Ac was leaking water.

Parking was an issue if you had a scooter. Not allowed to park in the hotel grounds but if you had a car you could which cars take up 3 times the room of a scooter. Although you could park at the front of the hotel there was very little room and hard to find a space. This is the only fault I had but can easily be addressed

The staff at the Indie stay were superb, friendly, helpful and informative. The pool man was exceptional I'm sorry I didn't get his name. The cleaners done a great job. The Bed was very comfortable and the room a good size The shower was great. It was a bit of a walk to the beach, but we hired a scooter so not a problem other than parking outside the hotel which was very congested and we were not allowed to park in the hotel grounds but cars were allow which seemed a bit unfair. The breakfast was o.k, cereal, eggs, juice coffee and Indian food. The pool was very clean and cleaned every evening. The gardens and plants looked amazing.

Fabulous stay We were due to stay for 14 nights but enjoyed it so much that we decided to stay for 31 nights. We had stayed here previously 3 times when it was known as the Prazeres resort. Since then there have been many improvements. The rooms look like premier inn rooms from home. The beds are huge, mattresses big and comfy, flat screen TVs though we couldn't find anything worth watching, lovely walk-in shower and bathroom and balcony with nice views. The staff were superb and extremely hard-working. The pool was big, warm, and inviting. The owner when he showed up was hilarious! However, the pool area for sunbeds has been reduced from 24 to 8 beds. This meant that Sid the superb pool man had to put my bed in a sunny spot every day, which he did. The huge palm trees need to be cut back so that more sun can get through, though I do understand many locals loved the extra shade. Breakfast was yummy, with any style of egg, fruit, and lots of different Indian food including curry. I didn't try the evening meals, but I was told by guests they were delicious. The people in reception were all incredibly helpful. However, at check-in they had no record of me having paid 50% up front or having paid for a breakfast. I had to prove through bank details that I had. This seems to have happened to others as well. Overall though a great visit.

Bathroom drain was stinking while checking in. However, it was resolved on complain. Bathroom was clean and hygiene was maintained. Initial room offered at ground floor was not as per expected. On speaking to manager we were shifted on top floor.

Comfortable stay at good location. Good value for money. Staffs were courteous and offered commendable service.

The hotel restaurant service was slow. The food was average, especially the European dishes. The some of the staff did not understand English.

Because of the design the pool received very little sun and so was quite chilly. I had hoped to spend more time by the pool, but there was just not enough sunlight.

The room was comfortable and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff were helpful.

American Express! We book all our hotels and pay with American Express we always check policies and accepted payments methods and this property listed AMEX as an accepted payment method. However when we got there they would not accept it. Which made check in around an hour long messing around trying to sort payment. We also had other card payment issues which got resolved We had to change rooms due to our first room being right next to the ally where the staff dump all rubbish so when we went onto our balcony the smell hits you straight away and the sight of rubbish. I have been assured this will change.

The property is ideally located, the waiters in the restaurant were amazing especially the 2 guys in red shirts. The guy who cleaned the rooms on our floor was fantastic. The AC in the rooms is amazing. The beds are soo comfortable

The pool is in the shade most of the day. Only got 8 sunbeds around the pool occupied by indian families with lots of children all the time. We spent most days on the beach which is a 15 minute walk

We wer in one of the refurbished rooms and had no problems The staff are wonderful and can't do enough to make your stay comfortable No complaints for the price we paid

Wifi was intermittent. Restaurant rates are expensive. Staff is not well trained but they are courteous. Biggest disappointment was the TV channels and no parking facility. I had to park almost 500-700 meters to park....

The room was super clean.... Regular house keeping and well maintained. Food was super tasty. Well maintained swimming pool as well.

The location of the property is great as it’s just off the main strip so you don’t hear all the noise. The best thing about this hotel is the staff who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed at all times. Especially Tulsi the manageress, Nilisha and all reception staff, the restaurant manager and his team and the pool attendant. The cleaners are so attentive to anything you need. The rooms are comfortable and English plugs throughout were a bonus. The rooms are clean modern and spacious, exactly like the pictures. The only down side is that the entire hotel has slippy floor tiles throughout and I saw at least 5 people slip badly in 5 different places especially around the pool, reception & walkways. This should really be addressed as I was constantly worrying for my elderly parents (who had also slipped quite badly) the WiFi is touch and go, it’s not too bad. The gardens are beautiful and immaculate. The food is great at breakfast everyday there’s a wide selection but the restaurant is hit and miss. Had some great meals there and some bad. I would definitely recommend, overall… price, location, good pool, cheap drinks, lovely staff etc.. Tahlia.
