Nothing, the guest house, hosts and staff are excellent. Only downside for us is that we are still young at heart and Goa is for boring people, if your a sunbather and your holidays are spent staring at the sky you will love it, but fun and exciting it isn’t.

Everything, great hosts, beautiful guest house, highly recommended.

Anthony was great host. Arrived at 6am, forgot to tell him beforehand. No problem, just called him and I could check in. Left 5am in the morning to the airport. Anthony arranged a taxi to pick me up, also was up at 5am to check out. Everything really clean.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The location was perfect, close to the centre of Candolim and the beach but away from the busy and noisy roads. The room was exceptionally comfortable with comfortable bed, excellent air conditioning and a giant fridge. The bathroom was exceptional and there is a balcony complete with ceiling fan. Anthony the owner was very welcoming and friendly throughout our trip and helped us to locate a fabulous taxi driver Mario.

The owner was super nice and was very knowledgeable about the goa tourism scene. Because of hime we ended up saving a lot of money. The room was clean and very well designed. It got cleaned every day as well. Definitely felt safe and comfortable. You must get AC rooms in goa for the heat. These rooms were just perfect. I took my parents with me and it was great for them. At any point, we could ask Anthony for anything, and he was super accommodating.

The location was as advertised. A nice comfortable homestay with all facilities. The owner, Anthony extends all help in cab bookings, bike and car rentals as well and was completely approachable to remedy any issues. Anthony is the kindest host. He is always ready to help, whether it's giving recommendations for restaurants or things to do, ordering a taxi or reserving a train. The place is beautiful, calm, safe and super clean! It's been a great pleasure to stay at Primavera Holiday Homes. Anthony really made us feel like we were at home. The place is very well located, since the beach is 5 minutes away, such as restaurants and other grocery stores. We highly recommend staying at Anthony's Holiday Homes!!

Right from the rooms to the host, one can not expect more.. everything was above expectation..It feels home away from home. Our daughter fell sick during our stay, Mr. Antony helped us a lot. Always indebted to them..The best stay.. will always chose this place without a second thought..

Almost everything was perfect. The hosts, Anthony and Beverly were really kind and hospitable. They helped us arrange a scooty and also plan the trip. Special thanks to them also for helping me plan my girlfriend’s birthday. The location was awesome (4-5 mins walk to the beach) and there were many good restaurants in the vicinity. The ambience was top notch. The rooms were really spacious and well maintained. Overall, this place had a romantic vibe and was a perfect escape for us as a couple. I really recommend this place if you wanna base yourself in North Goa.

Everything. Right from the reception when we reached the property, our host Anthony was there to attend to us. The room was exceptionally large and had a wonderful balcony too. Furthermore to it, the room which we were allocated came with a kitchen sink and a fridge too. The property is beautiful and cozy and the rooms are positioned such that you won't be disturbed by anyone around. Anthony and his wife Beverly helped us a lot to explore the locality and even showed us the way to a secluded area of the Candolim beach which otherwise swarmed by tourists. And for pet lovers you will be greeted by a duck and a golden retriever and their feline friends. Awesome place to stay! 😇
