There was an event on the second night we stayed at the hotel and the music and host were very loud (use of microphone and speaker setup). How can I get a good nights rest when the noise is this loud as the hotel hosts events as well. Hotel doesn’t allow us to bring non-vegetarian food into our rooms as their hotel only caters vegetarian. As a hotel, you can impose that non-vegetarian meals not be allowed into your restaurant/kitchen, but you cannot impose guests not to have take out non-vegetarian meals in their rooms. This is entirely up to guests and something hotel management should not be controlling about. I thought this was pretty ridiculous as I couldn’t order from their kitchen as they were catering for an event that night and had to order food outside. When I brought the take out box to my room, I was told non-vegetarian is not allowed. Ridiculous.

The hotel is close to the airport, which was our desire. It is far from the city center if this is your goal. Very clean large and comfortable room and bathroom. Wonderful staff. Good food ordered through room service.

We didn't feel comfortable that the balcony doors cannot be locked. The windows of the rooms with the garden view face the busy road - since the balcony doors cannot be tightly locked, there is a lot of street noise leaking in. At first we were given queen beds instead of twin beds, but that was solved quickly.

The rooms are great: clean (bedsheets, restroom), have all the facilities. The staff working there are very professional and reactive, very kind and friendly. We ordered dinner from the hotel - it was very good! Reviews mentioned that they left their car on the road - it is a bit misleading, because it is a road section attached to the hotel, supervised by the hotel security.

Nothing as such

Specious and luxury rooms, very rich ambience, staff is polite and cooperative, security verywell take care of your car park outside the premises, only one thing I could not like is in my three nights stay, they have provided complimentary water bottles for one day, after I asked then they provide only for 3rd day, except that cleaning, room service, and food (pure veg) is food. Overall good property to stay with family.

lack of special amenities.. maybe a small swimming pool. the time taken for room service was irratic, sometimes the food was served quickly while other times it took ages. housekeeping replenishment of room tea / coffee no fridge in the room lack of additional furniture in the room. a coffee table with one more chair is required. water pressure in shower especially with hot water needs to improve. need to have covered parking. especially for long staying guests. food pricing is high.

the rooms are spacious. our room had direct East sunlight making it look brighter. the room lights were perfect. not dim like most of the hotel rooms. food was excellent. welcoming entrance lobby with a nice atrium.

The smell in outside area like molasses disposal, complementary water bottles provided in rooms are very small, not adequate when a room is booked for a family for 4, car washing service is unavailable.

rude staff no manners just wanna extract money from customers by making spicy breakfast and If kids can't eat food If we request can we take so n so food one needs to argue as kids r empty stomach and we have paid for it . they didn't gimme receipt I had to insist who knows whether they wanted to put in their pocket . they charged me for a handwash bottle and didn't give me a bottle in return to use during my stay even after requesting them . no hotel charges for such small stuff first they say bottle is costing 800 rs pay 400 rs as I'd they r doing obligation who knows how truthful is staff all r false staff..

The staff deputed at the reception for the night shift isn't trained in hospitality. I reached at 12am with my parents, who are senior citizens. The staff made us stand and wait for 20-25 mins citing it is hotel policy to get full payment done immediately no matter what, even though the entire booking details were shared on booking.com. The next day, the staff were handed the room keys to do room cleaning services since we were headed out for the entire day. We returned at 10pm to find that no cleaning service had been done and they in the same state from morning. Even upon request to do basic housekeeping, the response from the team was - The Hospitality Manager forgot your request.
