Even though the breakfast buffet is very big and you have plenty of options, it is quite chaotic. You need to ask for every single thing extra (fork/ knife/ water/ coffee/...). I was traveling alone and when I went to get something from the buffet, either someone else was sitting there, or all my stuff was cleared and I had to ask for everything again (napkin, knife...). The process at the breakfast buffet must be improved!! Also the Check-In takes too long.

It is close to the Metro Station and my room was pretty clean (could be cleaner, especially the bath tub...). Room service was providing daily fresh water bottles.

need more continental non veg food in breakfast.. Also need to be more room friendly . and allow us to take some stuff in the room too. it will be good those who are in the room. Many five star hotels allows and encourage this.

Really busy due to (I think) two conferences being held on the Sunday we were there. Breakfast was good selection but it was so busy it wasn't really comfortable. Pool looked nice but has 8 sunbeds and I counted over 60 people in the pool (again after conference) so couldn't relax there either. Maybe be a decent stay when not so busy.

This is the second time I stayed and one issue i found before and again was the response when you request something from housekeeping this was not prompt and we had to keep waiting for a long time and keep chasing few times , also the reception were not responsive on picking the phone up when you call them and had to physically go down few times to get things actioned which was annoying

Checkin , Room and Breakfast were all excellent . Food in general was excellent and very good quality and variety , the Food and beverage staff were brilliant and very responsive.

Disappointed that there was no sugarcane and coconut water available as part of the breakfast , masala tea in the evening was good but during breakfast it was disappointing , my luggage handle was broken when the porter tried to put the bag in the car which I am very annoyed about and also when we asked stuff from house keeping twice it did not arrive and we gave up

There were mosquitoes and the housekeeping was so lax that they did not come with spray. I had to remind them twice one day before they got my room cleaned. Housekeeping department seems overworked.

1- My one fellow was not able to sleep that night, his flight was delayed for 3-4 hrs.. I have requested them that I will go to restaurant for my break fast but Pl send one break fast in my room they straight way refused this Very callous attitude…… 2- They don’t check the rooms before allotment. Iwas taking shower & suddenly I checked there are no towels in bathroom , I have to stand for 7-10 mins waiting for towels in this chilly cold. 3- I think they give second grade treatment for Booking.com clients.
