Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaDirty bathroom... it doesn't appear to have been cleaned for a long time - lots of soap scum build up on shower screen, shower head & handle as well as pink dried up chemicals/soap/gel on the shower floor. Fridge not working, I overheard another customer at check in with same problem. Checked behind the fridge, it was unplugged. Plugged it in and it started making a horrible clunking sound. I had to ask twice before the fridge was replaced. Iron was also missing from room even though ironing board was there.
The rooftop seating area by the pool was nice.

IndiaI believe there should be a car cleaning service as my stay was for 4 days and the car got dirty due to dust.
I like the behaviour of the staff . Mr. Ghanshyam, Mr Ajai Rai, Mr Aakash Das, Ms. Rashmi Ranjan. Extremely professional people .They took good care of me and my family during the stay.

IndiaNoting about the property was good, in fact I have stayed in many hotels owned by Radisson and this was the worst. Sofa in the restaurant turned black with dirt and gunk from red. Bed sheets and other linen were pale yellow. Room curtains has turned black from white being its original colour. Never thought I would have paid so much for such unhygienic infrastructure.it was soo dirty that I had multiple allergies reaction because of it. In fact I want my money back.
