How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

In room dining service time can be improved. Post dinner clearance didn't happen within half an hour to 45 min inspite of clear request to do so.

Very nice rooms, superb roof top pool and excellent staff. But the restaurant and bar were very disappointing in terms of food quality and ambiance. Also, the hotel happened to be surrounded by constructions sites and noise started by 4am. A shame as otherwise excellent.

We were very happy with our stay…note if you want views you’ll get some noise from local construction so be prepared or select another room.
We had a 2 night stopover at Mumbai on our way to Agra. We selected this Radisson hotel being close to the airport and SJ Studios for a Bollywood tour. Location is perfect for these things as the traffic is often heavy at the junctions around this area and although only a short distance away it takes extra time to get anywhere. The hotel staff are very polite and helpful. We had a great experience on arrival at reception and the suite room was spacious and clean, with wonderful views over towards the airport. The room was ideal size for 3 adults as we were travelling together and needed an extra bed. Fiona restaurant breakfasts were very good, plenty of food options. Also, the buffet dinner and a la carte menu food was good selection to stay at hotel. The rooftop pool was perfect for relaxing and views, and the adjacent steam room and sauna were an added bonus to our experience. We are pleased we arranged for the hotel airport transfer driver for pick up and drop off who offered a convenient and friendly service.

The aircon in the room could not be adjusted to our requirement. The front desk staff did not listen to our instruction on extra bed to be made available. This was missed out despite reminder at 3.30pm before we went out. We returned at 11pm and found that the extra bed was not and had to again remind them. The room cards were not functioning correctly and we had to go down to the reception twice in the 2 days stay to activate it.
Food was amazing, the rooms and facilities were definitely great. As soon as we arrived, the luggages were shifted and didnt want us to wait.

Pool was closed and jacuzzi did not work The staff tried everything even offed to bus us to nearest radisson 50 min away so staff are amazing just a pity pool had maintenance going on.
The hotel and staff were amazing We changed rooms at 4 in the morning due to noisy neighbours. The night staff were very helpful and even got complimentary breakfast So marked as a 9 not because of hotel or staff just bad night

The pool was not operating and the breakfast experience was very busy. The fire alarm is located just above the head in the ceiling of the bedroom and it flashes at night. The Wi-Fi was very slow.
The hotel is near the airport. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. Late check-in at 2.30am was no problem and late check-out was also possible.

Drinks prices high, even by Mumbai standards.
Clean, good facilities and great staff. Lovely roof top pool. Lovely comfortable bedrooms and good bathrooms. Ideal for a stop over before flying. Allowed us to keep our room for an extra half day for a reasonable price.

Located near the airport which was ideal for us. Whilst a little pricey, everything we needed was available on site so we could stay put for a couple of comfortable and relaxing days before our return journey home after a tough 8 weeks of travelling through India.

There was a lot of noise throughout the night - movement of furniture or similar on the floor above at both 0230 and approx 0500 was very loud and not conducive to a good night's sleep.

I had to change to another room because of noise at midnight which was not ideal after a long day.
