Even though hotel is near Lake Pichola the view from the room we booked was to the road. On the other side of the hotel we can sneak peek to the lake but we will not have a clear view, the location of the hotel is not that great.

A great spot and rustic unique feeling hotel walking distance from the old town in Udaipur. The breakfast was lovely and the rooftop was a nice asset to have access to. The staff were all very friendly.

The breakfast was very basic, not much options. The rooms seemed a little not great.

The interiors, their art gallery was good, the overall stay was good but could have been better.

The rooms and especially washrooms belonged to a local guesthouse managed by a businessman - basic facility. Did not match the standard of a Bloom property and definitely not value for money.

The location is excellent as you can access the old city on foot and yet the hotel is accessible by car.

Location. It's not on Lake Pichola as advertised. Does not seem to be heritage building. There is no parking space. Bang on crowded road. BF spread it too limited. Direction reach Hotel needs to clear with landmarks.

The restaurants are veg, which might be upsetting for many. Limited parking around the premise. Maybe due to the time I visited, the room cost were exorbitantly high.

Heritage well preserved and maintained. Good spacious rooms with ample space. Food is good at the restaurant.

1. Hot water is not consistent. 2. Only 2 free bottled waters throughout our 3 nights stay. 3. Thin wall - can hear noises from outside and upstairs.

Location is within walking distance to City Palace & other attractions in Udaipur.

The management was amazing , very understanding and co-operative and accommodating with everything. The breakfast was also amazing.

Bad location. Bad smell on rooftop restaurant from cow dung and stagnant water and algae on lake backwater. Be aware: no eggs, meat, ham for breakfast - limited options, very high carb choices of potatoes, cornflakes, bread, rice, bananas, no name tags identifying food. Breakfast needs to improve if Westerners to stay there. Inside part of restaurant under renovation, had to move into there on rainy day and the floor was filthy. Jackhammering and banging noise all day from construction (as per other reviews). Phone in room and wifi did not work on final day. Wifi often dropped out in room. Overall, very frustrating place.

Nice foyer and bar. Outstanding staff. Upgraded to better room because of construction outside original room causing plaster to fall down on my bags. Easy to get car and tuk tuk. Staff did great job of retrieving my carry on bag (containing all my tablets and clean underwear!) from the family of a child who took it while I was waiting for checkin. A staff member kindly ride 75km to get it and bring it back. The hotel also purchased the tablets I needed at no charge and provided coffee while I waited. Thanks to all staff involved.

Several discrepancies occurred with drinks on the menu and how much we paid - 3 different prices for the same kingfisher beer we ordered on 3 different days. We couldn’t pay with card or put the tab on our room at the hotel restaurant/ room service had to pay cash immediately.

Very clean and beautiful hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good enough location to walk to palace - about 15 mins. Lovely views from the rooftop

The breakfast had very limited selection. There was an ongoing construction work that we were unaware of happening, so there was loud pounding during the day. We hd some issues with the AC in one of the rooms, did not cool properly.

The location of the property was nice, the bar on level 1 was also fantastic with great drinks! The rooms were clean, staff was friendly and helpful.

The in-house cafe must have more menu ..we didn't feel it was enough to even chose....very selective options due to which we had to go out in heavy rain.

Although the property is indeed nice, sadly the decor does not live up to the fantastic photos posted here. There are some renovations ongoing for some of the common areas with what will soon be fantastically painted and decorated walls & ceilings. Restaurant food could be better. Take note its veg only.

Spacious room with simple amenities. Comfy bed. Good location - walking distance to Lake Pichola ghats and City Palace. Great Wifi. Good clean bathroom with great water pressure & hot water. Mostly young staff who are very polite, friendly and helpful.
