In my one month road trip. A place providing RO Filtered water cooled in Blue star water cooler. All others charging Rs.20 to 30.

In front of Mandakini ghat ie, Ramghat. Rooms are good location good. The people are helpful and active. Should take more care of maintenance and cleanliness. Hotel has a restaurant. It's nice but quick serve is required

The marble floors make it very noise sensitive. Noisy guests ruined our night.

Great location right in front of the Ghat. Staff are young and maybe not the most professional, but they were friendly and helpful and check in was smooth... The room was better than we are used to for similar priced hotels. Restaurant with basic decent food.

didn't like the hotel management. Before a month I booked 3rooms. I told them about our train timings in the morning .They said okay and they will take some extra charges for that. Advance done. Before one day of reaching they said no to us for morning. That was very difficult for us . They were very unprofessional and not trust worthy.

Exactly near the river side so one can even watch evening aarti from hotel room if it’s on the river side.Very clean rooms and polite staff.Food is available in same hotel on ground floor there is food court.Extremely good location and homely atmosphere.Hotel manager is very cooperative and he arranged car for local sightseeing at very reasonable rate.

Should have their own restaurant. There is a restaurant in the hotel but not very good.

Mr Dwivedi is an excellent host. We were there for Somvati Amavasya, with huge crowds at the Ram Ghat. Barriers all over the place. Still we were escorted in and out. Enjoyed our stay. If you visit Chitrakoot stay here. Prices are a little on the higher side for Chitrakoot.

Literally the worst hotel ever and a big scam!! Booking.com itself is running a scam the hotel cancelled my booking one day before arrival and when asked they said that booking.com cannot take decisions we take decisions for booking and then rebooked us to a bad hotel plus there's no customer care to talk to. Dont book this hotel ever!!

Fraud Booking - I booked 2 AC Rooms for 2 Night in Hotel Ramghat in Chitrakoot 40 days in advance with Confirmation number: 4202459412 via Booking.com. Just 2 days before I got call from Mr Pawan Gupta ( Manager of Ramghat in) said that they are not able to provide ac rooms while booking was confirmed. Before and after same booking, I called Owner of this Property ( Mr Dwivedi) and informed. Just 2 days before travel even after all railways booking and itenary plan, These rooms became cancelled without any reason. Owner just said they are not able to provide ac room. This was shocking for my family. This was not professional talk and failure of trust in Hotel when you booked rooms in advance and they suddenly cancelled. The level of unprofessionallism was in wordings from Pawan Gupta as said we are just informing dont come here to make yourself in trouble. After multiple calls, they arrageed shift my booking in to Avtar Palace. When We checked in into Avtar palace, We came to know, Same things were happened with other tavellers, They also get call in just 2 days before and intimated about Non availability of AC Rooms and transferred in to Avtar Palace Chitrakook. This is Totally Fraud. I have all communication in records with Hotel Ramghat in to show of this froad. There was no advance payment policy mentioned and it was clearly mentioned the we have to pay amount only in hotel.
