IndiaSecurity awareness at the main entrance which requires more of attention. "UPMA" dish which is like the prime one in Bangalore was made just once during my entire stay almost for 7 days... this wasn't expected...! 😑☹️ a Solo traveller traveling to meet her/his boyfriend/girlfriend/fiancé, she/he can't meet in the hotel lobby to have their own good time.. some provisions need to be made for this as the very first reaction of the front desk ppl was a "No, we can't allow you to go to the room. Kindly call the guest who is staying in our hotel to the lobby".. this is not done!! if the guest is ready to pay. Which later on got sorted as we payed extra for a few hours of spending together.. Communication becomes a barrier between guests and a few staff members (almost 80%) as they can't decode what the guests are trying to tell them and vice versa as most of them are trainees it seems being the hospitality industry...
Firstly the location was a good one! The staff is not veryy friendly and there is a bit of unprofessionalism although a few people like Mukesh Ji they make sure they are available for you when u need them to be! So thanks a ton for the same sir...the complimentary gulab jamun and the soup! Only coz my mood was off!! U made me feel homely.... so kudos for the same!! Food is good, their breakfast buffet set up seems to impress many one's. The room has perfect facilities atleast that a solo traveller requires..there r clean rooms and housekeeping delays in services but they clean it well once they start with it.. my next visit would prefer staying there again if the location for my visit would allow me to! Thank You team!

United StatesPoor dinner options - one out of 2 dinners, vegetarian food prepared for the banquet hall event was severed and the next day 1 non veg dish was asked to be selected from the menu. Do not recommend taking the dinner option with the stay.

IndiaWhen I entered the room which was supposed to be ready I found both beds having stained, dirty bedsheets and linen. I had to get the entire linen set replaced. Still they were not sparkling clean. The room had a very worn look with polish coming off at various places. The working desk had no overhead or reading lights it was impossible to work there. Overall light in the room was low and gave a very dinghy appearance There was a constant smell of cigarette smoke and musty smell in the room even though I had asked for a non-smoking room The bathroom was too small and wash basin too small so if you open the tap accidentally more the water tends to spill over
The breakfast was quite good. The staff was very helpful. The lady for cleaning and laundry on 4th floor was very helpful. The room service and restaurant staff was very helpful and good.

United Arab EmiratesFront office staff took very long for chekin and he was in his own world. Even I told him that I’m also from hotel industry still didn’t responded properly, he didn’t gave proper handover to restaurant staff about my which was included in my package but middle of my breakfast restaurant person came and told your breakfast is chargeable I had to tell him to check with front office package I booked fo.

India- AC was not working properly - Basic amenities were not provided - Hair dryer was not working - There was no drainage system near the wash basin so dirty water stays - The door was not working most of the time. We had to get our keys changed multiple times - Room service was very slow - Cutlery was not clean including the electric kettle - Fridge was not working inside the room Last not but not the least- in booking app under amenities it says bathtub or shower but there are no bath tubs in the property. Front office managers were good and made our stay slightly better.

actually u have mentioned as 4 star category. but definitely it is not 4 star. below 3 star. we trust booking.com for more than 15years. while mentioning star be carefull and mention. we blindly trust booking.com compare to other makemytrip or yatra and other sites. rent also little bit high and some of my friends i recommended to this hotel and they stayed one night and next day they vacated. breakfast is excellent.
