Maybe if they could have opened more activities, since anyway all the places were open, so just opening activity zone and swimming pool, could have been done.

First big turn-off was the location. It is away from the city and one will need to drive a long way outside the city to reach the hotel if coming from Agra or via Purvanchal expressway. Plus the approach road is completely ruined due to a flyover/metro construction. Second thing we did not like was the quality of the food. It may be ok for some people but for us it was a bit dry.

Super expansive property built on 50 acres housing a premium & budget hotel as well as a banquet hall. This is a property one must visit to see & enjoy the many facilities available. Each of the hotels (Ramada Plaza & Ramada) have different dining rooms, hence the quality & variety of spread was completely different. The hotel also has a disco, spa, pool, games room etc to keep guests occupied. The property has space to park atleast 300 to 400 cars if required. It's definitely a must visit place for my next Lucknow trip.

Staff, very misbehaved poor staff, highly unprofessional and arrogant, charging as high as half room rent for 2 hour-extension, even 5 year give it either complementary or by 1000 bucks. Telling from Experience.

When we entered the room the bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty and used... It was surprising for us...bcas it's not expected frm this hotel However the house keeping came and changed after being told

View from the room was very bad, a dirty pond. Nobody bothered to offer even a welcome drink. I had to wait for around 1 hr and had to make multiple calls to check out as no staff was available to carry our luggage.

Except staff, everything was disappointing. Rooms were dirty, furnitures were dirty and torn, beds & pillows including covers were also dirty and looking like it was directly sourced from roadside motels. Hotel Chairs & Carpets too looks worn & torn and too old and dirty. It doesn't look like a 4-Star property when one enters to the room. Although, the property is nice and can even be transformed into a 5-Star hotel, but the approach to handle the hotel is like it's a road-side 3rd class Motel. This hotel seriously needs a facelift and some professional presentation, especially ROOMS.

Only consolation was staff's readiness to help. They were courteous, empathetic and cooperative. Seeing the room conditions, initially I was offered to upgrade my room but at the extra cost, for which I agreed readily. However, after seeing the same bed & Pillow conditions of the upgraded room as well, it seemed a bad choice. Later our room was upgraded Free of cost, rooms were cleaned, beds and pillows were properly changed with the new ones, BUT ONLY AFTER 2 HOURS OF OUR STRUGGLE, of tiring waiting for me my wife and my children and that too after 11 hours of continuous drive with my family. Breakfast-range was OK. Could be better.

Staff was rude at reception with no courtesies. Requested for double bed instead of twin bed so I was given room for physically disabled people. I was made to feel that they are doing favor by giving me room to stay despite charging. Reception guy was super uncourteous. Location is too far from city and hotel buffet looked like kitchen staff was forced to cook anything and just put it in bowl to serve. Non appealing food and disinterested staff made me feel to drive down to town for food though I was hungry and tired. Never going back to the hotel. Rooms were with unclean linen and bed sheet had samples of hair from previous guests who stayed in the room. Bathroom were also bad. Overall bad stay in bad hotel

Only location of this hotel is not good. Too far from Lucknow city. Ola and Uber cab drivers cancel the ride many of time, and if you book directly with the drivers,they charge too much.

Rooms are spacious, and equipped with all modern amenities. Food is delicious, Buffet breakfast was very good. Service is good, housekeeping team worked well.
