Nothing more to mention except the Breakfast miscommunication

We were under the impression that Breakfast was included in hotel room charges. However, we were quite disappointed being told at the checkin time that BF was not included

They said that the floor was non smoking but it smelled of cigarettes both on the floor and the rooms. The water was just lukewarm for bath in the afternoon

The mattress was extremely soft and I didn't sleep well for 2 nights Also the glass door on the washroom didn't closed well and I end up having the floor all weat after every shower The hotel is dated but well maintained

Only stayed here on our last night in India. Great location and clean. We were a bit ill here so ordered room service, and were surprised how nice and prompt the food was. Full marks to the kitchen and staff. Nice views from our 'partial seaview' room.

The room was not properly cleaned with finger marks on glass, stains on table, crumbs on floor. Room carpets and hallway carpets in dire need of cleaning/replacement. The cleaning during our stay was superficial, and not effort made to check the quality of the cleanliness.

The hotel is not a 5-star hotel. It would be classified as 3-4 star hotel. The room needs renovation and refurbishing. There was no left bedside rabke(rm 219). The head shower was not working properly. Booking.com needs to re-visit rating on this hotel.

The hotel location at Juhu beach was excellent. The hotel lobby entrance is attractive and clean. The staff is excellent and helpful.

1 . Some of the fixtures in the room seemed a bit old . In this day and age, there really should be USB outlets, freely available in every room . Connectivity impacted 2 . You told me I had paid for an ocean view room. Not entirely accurate. I could see the ocean just barely. From the side window. Also, ironically my room overlooked. A monument. Surrounded by lots of homeless people . I’m of Indian origin myself, so it was just sad to see that enormous contrast between the two extremes. 3 . Direct beach access was controlled by the need to open the locked gate .

We had issues with the plug sockets. Our UK adapters wouldn't fit in the sockets in the room, they were very loose and old sockets. Rooms do need an upgrade. We got upgraded to a sea view but it meant we were on the noisy part of Juhu Beach.

Lots of choice at breakfast however it was very crowded as the restaurant is too small , so lots of bumping into people.

The rooms are dated, shower door didn’t close properly the whole bath was full of water after we had a shower. Apparently this is an issue with all rooms as my cousins room had the same issue.

Could have offered late checkout for some of the rooms that I had booked (there were 7+ rooms booked under various reservations and had requested for late checkout for only 2 rooms).

The breakfast was nice. The location was great, right by the beach. The rooms were neat and tidy. The staff was courteous and willing to help wherever they could. Would recommend this property to others.
