The fact that you can only get one bottle of water from housekeeping for free, per day. Between two people, one bottle of water isn’t enough at all. If you want additional bottles of water, you have to order it through room service. Apart from this, the staff is polite but lack appropriate communication training.

This was our fourth time at the Ramada Plaza, Juhu. The location has always been appropriate for us. Rooms are spacious and has all the basic amenities needed.

1. Icy cool areas all around the hotel with no temperature control at some spots. 2. Breakfast can be catered for more foreign tourists as well. Breakfast restaurant tangerine is not as spacious. 3. Room entrance is very very narrow and feels awkward. 4. Doors and furniture are boutique and old fashioned, though very well maintained

Room is spacious however the entry to room is very very narrow.. same goes for the bathroom. The bathroom size is not that big plus they have only rainshower. no handshower or anything. If you are travelling with baby and children its difficult to shower them unless you are showering them directly under the rainshower Also the entire hotel lobby is icy cold, even the rooms are very cold. We had to switch off the airconditioner and the fan & still we were feeling cold (probably because the floor hallways chill of the airconditioner was seeping into the room. Breakfast was quite nice and had a nice spread of amazing indian delicacies including both south indian and north indian items, though had western too but limited and the same daily. Omlette. Staff is very polite and respectful and always at your beck n call. Impressed by how their impecabble service was. In room dining was so expensive, almost as if i was paying in a foreign country. Hotel's wifi is also already quite good. Lastly it''s a a decent hotel at a nice location, although its not much worth to visit Juhu beach now as its filled with filth.

The behaviour of house keeping people giving WATER BOTTLE TOO MISERLY ( OF course as ordered by their admins) the buffet cashier demanding bills clearing immediately N not at check out time was irritating

Swimming pool area. It was a poor standard. Spa area being reserved for ladies for most of the day.

The upkeep of the property needs a lot of attention, Staff is as good as they are trained, Carpets need to be changed or removed completely. Facilities need to be revamped.
