The daily cleaning became annoying and is unnecessary. It also increases the price unnecessarily for that reason. This hotel should be half the price than what it is, not least with it being in a city that resembles a landfill. Sofa was covered in stains and looked dirty. Wi-fi was slow and only suitable for work, not for streaming. Mosquitos almost always found their way into the room, with occasional bites. Washing machine left clothes smelling musty. Clothes horse had to be supplied. No hairdryer in the bathroom... But there is a telephone. No toilet brush (but there is daily cleaning). If you want to use the kitchen there is exactly 2 x plates, 2 x bowls, 2 x forks and 2 x spoons, with 3 x cutting knives. In some ways it felt like being in a jail cell. There is a dishwasher, but no tablets and with such laughably scant kitchen utensils, how about some dish soap and a brush? But no, that isn't included either, I had to go out and buy it. This is all fine though - just don't stay here longer than 3 days.

Other than Mumbai being one of the filthiest places I have ever visited, this hotel was okay. All accommodation in Mumbai is massively overpriced for the borderline third-world living standards and this aparthotel was no exception. Bed is super comfy. Bathroom quite practical. Bedroom ok to work from. It was fine for a few days stay. Aircon worked well. The gym room is fine for cardio. There is an excellent restaurant attached to the building which I ate at regularly, though like the hotel, it is overpriced.

Swimming pool area was infested with pigeons and their droppings, staff did their best to clear up, but fighting a losing battle. Pool was also overlooked by apartment blocks and passing trains

You have to put a deposit of 400$ which was not mentioned while booking the property. The wifi was bad

The music in the lobby area by the lifts was very loud one morning. However, this was switched off once I notified the staff at reception.

No room amenities available. Have to call and ask for hairdryer and iron daily. The duvet had a blood patch which was visible through the bed linen. Needs to be updated as bedding is all old and bobbled.

The one member of staff on the front desk was rude and dismissive he took a phone call while in the middle of dealing with me and was very unwelcoming it was such a shame as another member of staff was very helpful I felt he really let his team down and our experience.

the staff overcharged us by mistake and they had dificulties explaining to us how they wanted to refund us for their error, should a mistake happen a manager should be called to re-assure the customer and explain what solutions they could offer. The bedroom was noisy and could hear the trains , the living room was quiet, some issue with sound proofing of bedroom In the shower cabin there should be a door stoper to prevent the shower door slamming into the glass

it's a very convenient hotel located close to train station, had a big jacuzzi in the room, the kitchen was great, very well designed layout . The view was of teh trains moving up and down wich made for interesting scenery. The food was great and teh staff were helpfull and courtious and happy to see us.

At the time of booking the website displayed the rates inclusive of breakfast but when we checked in we were informed that breakfast was not covered. Foods were available on orders only and there was no common dining area but this fact was not mentioned on the website at the time of booking. Moreover, the way to the swimming pool and the location of the swimming pool was also not appealing to me. A proper approach needed to the swimming pool needs to be made so that the view is good.

I liked the location of the property and the cleanliness. Since we were provided with a studio room the appliances were operative and adequate utensils were placed for use. However, we could use only induction for small cooking. The stay was nice.

The kitchen facilities are just for namesake, you can’t really cook a meal in it. There’s a stove top and oven, but no microwave. You are provided with two sets of plates, bowls, cups, forks and spoons. For cooking there are just two pans.. nothing else. No spoons, no spatula, no tongs, knives or any other tools. Even if you just wanted to hear your food again, you’ll have to fiddle with the oven or stove top, no microwave option. There’s a shared iron board and hair dryer across all guests and you’ll have to ask for it every time you want to use it and return it right after. There’s a washing machine, but no place to dry the clothes other than hang them within the room. The internet speed slow and is barely manageable for any streaming services. Should be ok if you are just using for emails and stuff and not doing video calls.

Good location, easy access to a lot of good restaurants, tourist spots and airport.
