The only thing I thought could be improved was the provision of items in the kitchen. Having a kitchen with cooking facilities was really great, but a few basic items missing - no can opener or sieve for example. Also having a washing machine provided is excellent, but really need a drying rack for clothes afterwards.

Very convenient having an apartment with facilities to make a longer stay in Mumbai much more convenient. The location was really good - walking distance to plenty of good shopping and services. Staff were very helpful and friendly, excellent to have a call up each day to check what time was convenient for room cleaning. Cleaning services were excellent. Room service food was very nice - good selection of authentic Indian dishes at reasonable cost and service was friendly and quite fast. Overall very good value for money - definitely recommend.

One problem which i was very upset. As I needed a late checkout and the manager or the lady in charge told me we are full and even if i wanted to stay after 12 it would be full charge. Which was absolutely crazy. I am a frequent traveler and many times i have had late checkouts. This was very upsetting. and there were rooms available on booking.com.

My friend had INR 5,000 hiden in his passport cover that he left on the night table one day. Money in the passport was gone after the room cleaning person came. We reported it to the hotel but they didn't do anything. Friend should have used the hotel safe but not so sure if it would have made a difference. Properly hide your money and valuables if you are staying at this hotel. We had specified a non smoking room and they didn't have any available. They had issue with my Diplomatic visa at check-in where as all the other hotels I've stayed with in the last two years of living in India had no issue with it. Shower heavily leaked all over in the bathroom (bad design.)

Bed is comfy. AC is strong. Good location. If it wasn't for the stealing, would have given a rating of 7/10 because it is a good value for the money in Mumbai.

super expensive. bathroom was dirty. towels were beach towel and looked used as they smelled. The view nothing great to.look at. and at the price you pay here, there are excellent 5 star option within 15/20 minutes drive. even 5 stars are cheaper than this hotel. I would not Not recommend this place.

Housekeeping was a nightmare. Hotel staff was non co operative to the point of ignoring us. Smoking rooms were given to family a 6 month old baby. Inspite of repeated requests, the room wasn't changed. Apparently the fine print says 'basis availability anything can be done to any guest'. Check in time was 2 pm. Rooms were ready only by 2:45. Not one request was entertained. Never ever recommending this place to any person.

To begin with the Check-in part of the stay was such a Pain in the Ass. There was only one receptionist to begin with and he was attending two people at the same time, he did do a good job though. Moving along to the actual check-in to the room, the keycard to the room was not working and we were given a room on the 9th Floor and I had to leave my partner outside the room and go downstairs to ask for it to be replaced, they did provide another card which also did not work so they sent a bellboy with a Mastercard, and was told will have it fixed, now i could not leave the premises as the keycard was not working and did not want to go through the trouble again also The Utensils in the Kitchen were not washed as they dishes had oil from the previous occupants, and the scissor had ketchup dried all over it, had to call the room service in the morning to have it cleaned.

The location and the View from the room was the only good thing about this trip. The facilities were also good about the Hotel.

the staff here are rude and unhelpful. They themselves are confused. They have hardly mentioned anything about the property details here which come as a shock when the person reaches at the property. the hotel has not provided booking.com half the information, deceiving customers completely. My booking said free breakfast though the hotel refused to provide on the sole ground that booking.com didn’t mention the plan, how is that the customers fault. the staff is completely untrained and confused with no experience. during my stay i had some wifi issues, when i called the room service, they told me that IT department is closed till Monday, how is it again the customers issues.? I suggest people to put 1,000-2,000 more and take a 5 star or a 7 star for a good room, good name, good bathtub and especially good untrained staff.

The jacuzzi was the highlight. But you can get the same in 5 stars and 7stars too, with good staff.
