Where do I start??? What an amazing place! It felt I was a king in a palace. The moment you are enter the facility you are greeted by a team. A private tour of the entire hotel Hotel is beautiful in the day and night. Evening dinner with live traditional music. Mr. Brijraj Singh takes a special care of his guest and I am very thank you to him for making it very very special He arranged a camel sunset tour and Spanish speaking tour guide for the fort. A must stay place. A lifetime experience.

Everything! The staff were amazing, went above and beyond, helping with train tickets, posting services etc, They provided cake and wine for my birthday which was so so lovely. Facilities were spotless, pool was gorgeous.

Nothing - it was perfect.

This was the best hotel we stayed in during our fortnight in India. The service was exceptional. Our two very large rooms were beautiful, with block printed curtains. The bathrooms were huge and spotless. The Breakfast was delicious and dinner was some of the very best we ate of our whole trip - faultless service. You can tell the owners live there - its a fabulous hotel. The gardens were beautiful, and the swimming pool was lovely - an oasis in the middle of busy Jodhpur.

Not much not to like, it’s a bit out of the blue city but that makes it more quite and peaceful. Our shower head wasn’t working but the hand shower did the job.

We had a lovely stay here, it’s such a wonderful hotel. Staff is very professional and the accommodation can’t get any better! The pool is a bless after a hot day in Jodhpur!

Everything was incredible. Beautiful building, great swimming pool, perfect room, glorious bathroom. The restaurant served gorgeous food. A must stay hotel.

This is a beautiful property set in amongst gorgeous gardens creating a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are lovely with adjoining bathrooms. The shower pressure and 24/7 hot water were wonderful! The staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly and the restaurant food was delicious. I highly recommend!

The stuff has been really nice and helpful all time. It is a quiet and soulrelaxing place compared to other hotels we habe been in India. We would highly recommend to stay there. The food has been tasty and the arrangement they habe at dinner time with musik and firebowls is wonderful. The garden with its flowers is lovely and the pool area relaxing. This is a gem of a place. A former noble family’s home, with a beautiful garden, well kept property, an oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of the city. The restaurant serves excellent food and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

The grounds are large and the hotel is set way back from the street. Very nice pool with nice loungers and umbrellas. The manager is very attentive often enquires if there if you’re happy with the facilities.

Nothing, exepct the pool could have been warmer (if the sun was out more!)

Nice rooms and quiet hotel. We stayed in courtyard rooms and it was quiet and peaceful. Rooms were large and shower was hot. heaters were already provided in rooms which were great. The hotel provided a birthday cake for our FIL which was welcomed and appreciated. They also accommodated dietary requirements which was nice. The pool area was nice and relaxing. Each room has their own individual relaxing area.

A high-class experience from start to finish. It was almost hard to leave to explore the city. An oasis of peace and gentility lovingly cared for by Balveer and an efficient and courteous team.

Loved it all!!

Our 2nd stay at Ratan Vilas and once again, we can only repeat that it is IMPECCABLE!! Our room, facing the pool, was large, comfortable and clean, the interior decor lovely, the pool amazingly inviting, the garden well cared for, the hotel itself, a beautiful home with alot of history, warm ambience, efficient and friendly staff. It is really one of the best hotels we've stayed at.
