Many can converse & understaand only in Tamil which is a bit of concern for tourists coming from other states. Less variety of rice dishes. Shower bath tap was not working. Internet connection was not good in the room

Clean. Comfortable. Helpful staff. Vegetarian breakfast with egg options. Few western choices, also vegetarian. But the food is tasty. The breakfast is complementary. Housekeeping cleans daily.

One day, I was coming to the hotel in the evening and was highly counting on the hotel restaurant (that was supposed to be open). However, the restaurant was closed and it was difficult to organize any food alternative. Ordering was suggested but not possible to me, as I didn't have cash. I think the hotel staff could have solved this issue somehow.

The staff was very friendly. I liked the 'boutique' size of the hotel and its location. Rooms are exceptionally beautiful, with their high ceilings, interesting decorations, big and comfy beds. The breakfast was tasty but not extremely big.

The location was central , and the hotel had really great staff. The reception and the restaurant were really attentive to my requests and were supportive . Rooms are clean and facilities are great for the price point. Hygiene was maintained and the amenities were good for all the basic necessities that one may have at a hotel.

Great breakfast and very good service. The hotel arranged taxis for us which can be a challenge in Chennai for out of town visits. Room service was prompt and the breakfast was tasty and had an excellent variety of south indian food which was very delicious.

1. Electric kettle wasn't working. 2. There were couple of mosquitoes flying in the room, even though room and bathroom were clean. Seems like they kept windows open and mosquitoes entered. 3. Only one water bottle was complementary. Additional water was charged.

Staffs were courteous, room was clean, toiletries, hot water, etc was available. AC, fan, light etc were working fine. Complementary buffet breakfast was good. Staffs were helpful. Walkable distance from US consulate.

Earlier I was given one room then whole night AC didn't worked in 402 even after giving call to reception no one looked then in morning room was changed . Washroom water gets blocked

Dining room floors were dirty. Free late checkout grace time was just an hour. Expected at least 2 hours. Cutlery were not enough and not placed alongside plates in buffet for ease of use. Dinner menu had least number of options really available and quite pricey.

We had a studio with a balcony. An unusual balcony because it is actually an extension to the room, making it a good size. It had a very new and modern feel. Staff were helpful, letting us store our luggage after check out, and breakfast was fine. The Metro station is only a few minutes walk away with direct access to the airport. Good value for money.

The guest was refused just 2 A4 size balnk papers even against price. I still wonder!!! Why!!!

I booked the property for my son, who travelled from US for US Visa purpose. He told me the property was best placed, best room, best amenities, best people and best service. He said, very genuinly priced property. Just cant expect such a nice property, so genuinly priced. He could not enjoy breakfast due to jetlag so no comments. He, however apprecited the sweet redbeatroot dish like anything. I guess, the breakfast might be very nice.

There were no high floors and the views were not good for these rooms. We were at level 1 but that was okay because the rooms were big with high floors

Satya, Rajini and Priscilla were very helpful. The connected king-rooms were one of a kind. We were able to maintain our privacy and at the same time be close to our loved ones ❤️ Location was excellent - near city central. Try food at Amma Mess and walk down Pondy Bazaar.
