Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomBreakfast stated 8am but not ready until 8:20, we had to leave for a city walk 8:30. Some building renovation noise. Front of house and restaurant staff not particularly helpful- excretion security gentleman with his wonderful moustache and general porters.

IndiaApproach to our room. The staircase were very uncomfortable. The room had no access by lift. We stayed in room no 110. I would also suggest a mirror in the room.
Location is very good. Near from all the markets. Breakfast was reasonably decent as we got it served in our toom. Interior of the room was elegant and the size of the room was comfortable.

AustraliaBreakfast was at their restaurant where a breakfast menu was provided with a good choice of dishes. We were happy with all our picks. The room was spacious with a front window, a small set of tables and chairs had plenty of room and a good bathroom. The location was near the Amer Gate and an easy walk of about 5 minutes gets you there.

CanadaNo dedicated parking ,,,just a small spot in fron of the hotel adjoining the road, Do not have facilities for accompanying help ( driver ) to sleep . Rooms have very small windows, which open to a veiw of the airconditioner,,must be noisy in Summer months.
