We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaIt's an aging property - more or less OK maintained. Considering what you pay for, it is not a bad deal in a big city like Ahmedabad.
Small, clean & comfortable room with clean bathroom. Hotel is located just off a main road - its part of a mall / departmental store building. Conveyance (bus, auto taxi) is easily available. Breakfast is OK too. You get what you pay for - it's a good value for money.

SingaporeManager whom I spoke to during check-in was not politeful. He was arguing and needs to improve on his communication skills. Requested for concession on B/F for kid as well as for the family. But manager response was not satisfactory. The situation could have managed better. May need training for the staff on how to handle customer complaints or dissatisfaction.
