We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaWhen I reached I saw the room it was dirty I asked them to change bed sheets and everything they took ages and then when I asked at desk that please get it done they were complacent that people are righting great reviews u can change the hotel if u like …. U don’t teach us how service is done….

IndiaAs we reached hotel just 1 hour after confirmation on call, the owner said that rooms we booked are not available. Either to drop booking or pay extra charges for premium rooms. Yes, we paid extra for the rooms on reaching hotel. Slowest food and other service. Dont order from the hotel kitchen. Instead use zomato or swiggy. Non cooperative staff, they commited to adjust the rooms in same floor but they deny to do so after payment. AC was not working, didn't compensate for that. Very untidy outer atmosphere.
