House keeping could be better. Two people stated but toiletries were kept for one person. More care for detail needed. cupboard top shelf not cleaned full of dust.

Including the auto-charged service fee of 6% this hotel was not worth the USD 186/night that I paid. (even though i booked only couple of days ahead). If you are travelling from USA (like i did), expect communication with hotel to take 24 hrs for each question or request. Better customer service about the unexpected change in my travel plans (and a possible upgrade of my standard room) would have been a nice touch to compensate for the rates they charged. So, i would recommend this place with some reservation; the restaurants here served good food.

Booked at a price that i would expect to pay near center of major city. Unfortunately, i had to cancel and rebook due to flight changes. 2 days before arrival, hotel got full and they charged me a 4 times the initial price (because the hotel got full, according to front desk). I would have given a higher rating, but realized that some 5-star hotels in Bangalore were less than what i paid here at USD 186 (including taxes). So, book this very early, if you want to stay near city center. Overall, clean room and sheets with no other complaints. Staff were helpful and restaurants at this hotel were the highlight - real good food and spread.

Music in the night is too loud. Also the sound of fridge in the room is irritable. Poor wifi connection. We’ve stayed 5 years ago in the same hotel. At that time wifi was much better. The waiting time for elevator was sometimes too long.

The staffs were very helpful and kind. Braeakfast buffet was nice.

Being a 4star hotel , no complimentary breakfast, no goodies in room , they charge for ice cubes. The staff are not Emphasizing and mainlt.focusing on charging the customers

There was no hot water in my shower. The in-room safe was not functioning.

Central location, seemed to be secure due to security guard stationed at entrance. Staff seemed competent and were prompt in super-early-AM checkout.

The hotel looks unassuming from the outside and foyer was not amazing, but the hotel was very clean. Our room was quite small but that’s what we expected, it was well set out very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good, food was hot and good quality. There was a lot of different food to choose from. We were really happy we stayed there.

I just had one small small issue, while downstairs in the lounge area, I didn’t have access to WiFi, I think it’s only limited to the rooms? I ended up waiting for almost an hour for someone to pick me up while the person was also waiting for me close by but just couldn’t get hold of each other. However, the gentleman at the front desk helped me call them as they had a local number… I hope next time the wifi will extend to the lounge/reception for people without local numbers. 🤞🏾🙏🏾

I loved how it was within walking distance to so many things to do while in the city! The staff was amazing, super helpful. The food was delicious! The beds and the showers, top notch! 💯 recommend!
