How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

The processes in the hotel and front desk are a bit rough around the edges and could improve.

The Shaving Kit, tooth brush kit , Conditioner , and fresh soft paper tissues not provided, it should be in the room by default .
The Room was good and the family enjoyed the long weekend , the entire team was good from the Front desk , In room dinning team , housekeeping staff , Chef and team members at breakfast area , security Staff . I think the best team wins , best of luck keep it going.

Mr. Satish made the check in experience a bitter one. He was rude, dismissive and very disrespectful…he was almost shouting at me when I asked him to explain the procedure. Then he didn’t have the patience or courtesy to guide us in booking a car for city tour…he just left us waiting and disappeared. The interaction with him left me and my family very sad and disappointed. Even all the other staff seemed very scared of Mr.Satish’s temper, erratic behaviour and raised voice. Being a senior manager in a good hotel, we expected a courteous and pleasant welcome experience but he was the opposite. Will not recommend this hotel to others due to his behaviour and attitude.
Rooms were clean and big. Good location.

We had requested for no cleaning service in the morning when asked, however as we came back to the room the cleaning service had come in and cleaned the room. Our room was also quite small. In the dining room, it would be helpful if most staff could speak English. Idli and sambar could be better.

The soap dispensers are fixed and cannot be removed. Using them in the bathtub was difficult and I had to request new bottles which can be used in the bathtub. The room service menu was a bit pricey.
Location, hygiene, price of rooms, house keeping staff were really nice. Omi did a great job with the upkeep of the room.

The room was overall clean but there was a decent amount of dust on the floor especially in the corners. The room was clearly not vacumed properly

Its new just opened so restaurant not open properly yet still in working condition they dont have dinner buffet n breakfast buffet also wants improve taste of dishes n no. Of dishes wants increase also as per rate. Some problem in bathroom also some plumbing problem.

I expected something a little more on complimentary like a cake when I shared it was my anniversary & also a little welcome drink on arrival followed by little rajasthani theme night programs in premises for guest would have enhanced the overall cherry on top of all. This is just a suggestion for improvement otherwise no complaints on best that was provided.
Understanding the pressure on hotel of just being recently opened, saw staff members ranging from waiters to room service to restaurant managers and receptions all working hard as team to provide best customer service with politeness possible.

I could hear other rooms doors closing and opening and toilets flushing in my room, AC was making ten different types of noises so it was difficult to sleep in the night
Staff was good and cooperative. The royal suite was really good except that it was not sound proof
