The original rooms - sea view rooms had AC issues and we felt like they could be serviced it before. Being a Radisson property we were hoping the rooms would’ve been checked and cooled before we checked in since it was peak summers.

So we had the sea view rooms which had air conditioning issues. The manager was kind enough to transfer us to the premium rooms which were cottages on the beach and that was lovely. I feel the property is lovely but the rooms could do with some service. The staff is AMAZING! They did everything to make our stay lovely. The menu is limited but every time we asked the chef to make something off the menu, they were very willing

The location is fantastic. We did not need to step out of the property for anything. There is beach right out, there is pool, there is a jacuzzi and a river front as well.

The location is very good and with the staff that is very helpfull and welcoming, I would recommend this resort to anybody who is planning a visit to North Goa, but would still prefer a calm and quiet stay away from the busy beaches that Calangute or Baga is

Very nice property. Excellent location, particularly if one wants to go to the very good Mandrem beach. Mandrem beach is very good for those who want to be in the sea.

The hotel doesn’t have sun loungers on the beach - it’s a Radisson policy apparently.

The staff go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. Muhib and Vishweta in particular were great. We had a small issue, but we were impressed with how quickly it was dealt with.

This place is so amazing, the pictures just don’t do it justice. The resort is newly renovated, with lavish gardens, nestled between the beach and the river. What truly made our stay outstanding is the staff. Absolutely everyone went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. That also included serving us breakfast either by the sea or by the river. On that note, chef is brilliant and the food is outstanding. If you’re looking for a serene place to enjoy the best of Indian hospitality, make sure to book this place. Thanks to everyone at the resort for making our stay so memorable!

The best rooms are outside the budget of the average traveller.

Where can you get the sea on one side and a river on the other? Even just reaching the property with a 3 minute walk adds to its charm and feel of secluded privacy. Add to that the professional and warm service of the staff and you have one of the great properties of Goa. Why did I have to leave?.......

I learnt that this resort has just undergone an extensive renovation after change in ownership to be launched as a Radisson Individuals Retreat, the gardens and landscape was patchy in some places. Although with time that too will fill up and add to the feel.

Nestled at the end of a village walk. This resort is ideally located right on the beach. It also has a river running along the property. We stayed in the river view room which was a great choice as every morning sitting in your private balcony overlooking the river was one of the most amazing experiences. Totally Worth paying that little bit extra for this room. Being on the beach, the early morning and evening walks on the beach were also great. Look out for the surfing school and try the Yoga classes by the sea. Food was personalized for us the Chef offered to make some local delicacies for us to try. I only wish we would have stayed for a longer time and not moved to Vagator as unfortunately that part of Goa is not the quintessential Goa that I remember from my earlier trip. It has become over crowded and a concrete jungle.
