Location was amazing as Hiranandani Powai is always be prefered as the same is in the heart of the Mumbai Suburb. Breakfast was straight from the pan & was mouth watering.

It is the best place i have stayed at Mumbai. The room/apartment was so new and clean. The staff especially Mr.Prem was very helpful. The area is very good with supermarkets and restaurants at walking distance. The place also felt safe for single women to stay. Hope they will maintain the cleanliness and service the same way always.

Great apartment in a good, clean and safe location. Great service and breakfast+room service. Stuff always helpful and friendly. Free fast wifi and mineral water was a really nice surprise!

Breakfast is okay. Top Notch Hotel Apartment in an upscale neighborhood. This is a great apartment with modern facilities and a quality setup. Lots of shops, both local and international, abound here. Also, the nightlife and shopping are fantastic. The hotel manager Uzair is very nice guy and attends to you well.

We arrived after after traveling for over 48 hours, exhausted and in need of a clean bed and shower. Upon entering the room, the lack of cleanliness was evident. There were still unwiped counters and tables from previous guests, hair ALL over the bed as well as in the shower and bathroom counters. This place was NOT clean. We did so much research before booking this place and figured it would be good since the reviewers mentioned the cleanliness. We asked for a change of bedsheets. They came and changed the sheets but still put the same dirty duvet on the top. The sheets were old and stained but they still appeared better than the original ones that clearly weren't changed. I then go to shower and it's freezing cold. I texted the front desk once again and he said to wait 10 minutes. I had already been waiting 15 minutes at that point. Obviously I am beyond sleep deprived and grumpy by now so I text them again saying we can't stay here and we will be checking out. We paid for 3 nights, stayed for 0 (more like 30 minutes), and we have not been given our money back. They attempted to get us to stay by showing us another room. We entertained them for a second by checking it out... The room was just as dirty and the shower was just as cold. They stole $226 for a service/room that was not provided. This place does not live up to the reviews in the slightest. The supposed manager messaged me after this apologizing and saying he wants another chance to make it up to us. He said he would look into the refund. I thought that was nice and trusted that that's what would happen. It did not. They won't get back to me despite my multiple messages over the last 1+ month. Extremely disappointing first impression of India & its hospitality. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. We checked into Novotel instead it was MUCH better in every way.

- Cockroaches in Room. - Despite requesting rooms closer to each other it was not provided to us, we were traveling as a family and it made it extremely difficult. - The way breakfast needs to be ordered a day before and delivered at your doorstep but the food quality is really not upto the mark. It's better to use Swiggy services rather than ordering breakfast from them. This is a housing complex they order food from somewhere outside so I understand why this was happening, just want to make future travellers aware.

The elevator nearest the main door to the apartment made a loud beeping sound, every time it passed a floor in this huge building. So I could hear it all night If it wasn't for that, I would have stayed 2 weeks as planned, but that was a deal breaker for me.

Nice clean and everything you could ask for appliance wise. Washer, good wifi. Kitchenware, etc. Spot on nice apartment. Staff was really helpful, sorted very late or early check inn, and arranged Uber and shuttle to the airport, even gave me an umbrella. 👍

everything was good. nothing bad about anything. maybe you shouod provide temporary parking stickers on vehicles, its really embarassing to answer the watchmen everytime you enter or exit the building premises. even though watchmen knows your car and flat number.
