There was construction work going on outside the property while we were there, which was so loud but I’m sure without the construction work it would be less loud.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive! They were very generous and kind and allowed us to stay in the lobby for so many hours after check out because our train was not until 11pm. They helped us out with our SIM cards as well and were able to provide a lot of information. The location was good and the breakfast at the hotel was also nice :)

Noise from subway works. Is terrible. Starts at 5am finishes at 11.30. Such a shame. Be much better when they have finished. And we found the room really small.

There were some road closures near the hotel so sometimes we had difficulty getting Ubers to the door of the hotel but the distance was always walkable and we felt safe in the area. The staff were also very helpful in advising us how get around.

The staff were so genuinely kind and helpful they made our stay so enjoyable. We would happily have stayed for longer if we could. The breakfast was delicious with made to order omelette, coffees and a buffet selection of Indian breakfast, or cereals and pastries. The beds were comfortable and even though there is construction going on outside for the metro due to be finished in 2024 we still got good nights sleep for our three night stay. I would highly recommend for the excellent service from the staff who made us feel so welcome.

No issues or complaints. As of February 2024 there is some construction work nearby but it's not overly loud. If you are a sensitive sleeper maybe just pack some earplugs in case.

Fantastic option for the price is a central part of Mumbai. It was close to all of the key attractions and was great value for money considering the prices of other nearby hotels. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of options. The staff in particular were friendly and helpful with lots of tips.

I am sure the hotel is normally a good choice it was certainly popular. I would wait until the major work was completed before booking again if I was to return to Mumbai.

Right outside the hotel there was major construction work . A lot of noise. Fortunately and fairness to the hotel we were to a superb and lovely room.

A/C in the room was rather loud:( I couldn't set/find TV channels Shower wasn't new, need some small repairs (leaking water), but all in all bathroom was good!

The room was nice and clean but very small with a window looking towards a wall. It was fine for a single traveler but would have been small for a couple.

The location was perfect. I could walk everywhere in south Mumbai, it was close to sights and nice restaurants and cafes. The staff were friendly and the breakfast great.

We had a room with no natural light through windows, so this is the only flaw.

What a beautiful place, with the most friendly people ever. Location is just gorgeous - it’s a heart of Colaba. No words can describe my appreciation towards the stuff attitude. Breakfast was great with a real cappuccino with no extra charge.

Works on the Mumbai underground have blocked the usual main road access which confused our taxi somewhat. A fake email purporting to come from booking.com and using the correct booking reference also asked for payment. Luckily I was slow to respond and it was deleted same day.

The rooms in our building were huge and beautifully decorated. The staff were very friendly and helpful. You could walk to the Gateway of India and Marine Drive from the location. Happy stay.

The room decor and fixtures could do with updating. The noise from the metro building works was a little difficult right outside. But the hotel and its staff more than made up for this inconvenience.

A fabulous hotel in Fort, Mumbai. What a little gem of a find - the people here are so wonderfully welcoming and really made our trip extra special. A little shout out to Rajesh! He took such good care of us. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The location is perfect for exploring south Mumbai

Our room was small and in an annex building- but it was clean and well maintained. There were metro works nearby which created some access issues but these are due to be resolved in about 18months time.

The staff were all exceptional. Everyone was incredibly warm, helpful and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. A real haven in the chaos of Mumbai.
