I specially enjoyed the quietness, the view on the forrest, bathing in cold water directly from the waterfall and the food was amazing also, they always tried to meet my special requests on diet and fullfilled any requests.

I really do not like this hotel pay service especially if you are international. I had trouble processing my payment and my bank was alerted. I suggest the manager use paypal or address this with using cash.

Everything. The manager David was really hospitable he came to pick me up on the scooter and showed around while a taxi dropped my belonging. He let me choose what room and I got to enjoy the waterfall near it. Really wonderful quiet environment. I would come back just to spend more.time in the mountains.

The food was way overpriced

The staff were very helpful and polite.The location was good although the approach needs to be more senior citizen friendly.Ramp instead of steep steps would help.

Staff hygiene is poor. The eating area is not their best. The rooms costing 5k plus felt a bit overpriced for what they offered and it is a classic case of expectation vs reality.

The location was great and was nestled in a quieter zone of Tapovan. Staff were generally quite cooperative. The rooms were maintained well, clean, and hot water was available in the bathroom.

The room was spartan to say the least. The bedsheets were not very clean and were low quality colored print bedsheets. There were gaps in the walls, and the geyser took forever to heat water. The rooms definitely need a massive upgrade.

The location of the resort is amazing. It s a little hard to reach, but there are 2 waterfalls and natural pools inside, which are amazing. The resort is in the lap of nature, which is awesome!!

Road from tapovan to this hotel is single lane, very steep and eroded by rains. Dont try to drive by yourself to this location. Could be dangerous, better to call hotel for help.

Beautiful location of property, surrounded by mountains. Complete peaceful property. Also to mention 3-4 fresh waterfalls near property.. Staff and manager are very good and helped us in every way possible. Food prepared is extremely delicious.

Location, you have to pay 300 (one way! every time) for their private car/taxi to take you to main city and back, so if you're leaving the property daily, multiple times a day, gets expensive. It's a 3km road of you want to walk

Rishikesh Valley is located away from the city, on a verdant green hill. one is surrounded by nature. the staff is very helpful and generous. the food is very simple but excellent.

I booked a wooden bungalow with double bed and it wasn't at all what I expected, it has to old single beds joining together and my mattress (old very hard foam) was so bad that I couldn't sleep the 3 nights I'm stayed there and I asked the manager the first day if he could please change my mattress (old hard foam) because I couldn't sleep all night and my body was even hurting for sleeping on it and he said yes he will but he never did. I also asked if he could please bring an spon to my room and a glass cup with a handle because there were tea and coffee with a kettle but only metal cups to drink and it was impossible to grab them with a hot drink and he never did so I could never drink tea or coffee in my room. And he was just seating on the front desk all day at his phone. The hotel is located on the mountain with a very rug road 3 kilometres away from where toktoks or taxis can enter so every time you want to leave the hotel or coming back you have to pay the hotel 300 rupiah each way so if you intend to leave the hotel many times a day that could be expensive. I don't recommend to anyone to stay here an less you really desperate for nature and willing to pay lots in transportation. The food at the restaurant is good and restaurant manager is very lovely and kind.

The hotel is located on the middle of nature surrounded by mountains and an amazing creek with incredible swim holes, hips of butterflies and birds.
