Lovely hotel. Spacious clean rooms. Staff all very polite and helpful. Great room service. Restaurant was good with an excellent breakfast choice.

It would have been nice to have some more beer options at the bar.. It was a little distance from the main attractions of Amritsar but easily accessible in an Auto rickshaw in 10 or 15 minutes. The bonus of this was being in a quieter part of town.

Excellent, friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable if slightly dated room room, excellent buffet breakfast with a good selection of traditional Indian breakfast and European options too.

Quality of water provided, local brand. That too Only 1 bottle per room per day. Bad quality of Itinerary in toilets. Tea bags provided open, unhygienic. No clinliness in toilets.

The wi-fi had some issues which can be handled better. The general maintenance could have been better. They need to make the floors shine and put on better lighting in the corridors.

The location of the hotel was good. Since the main hotel is around 50 meters away from the main road, it was insulated from the traffic noise. The hotel staff was cooperative and nice.

We liked nothing! All features posted on official website and travel sites are misleading. Theres no functional bar whos license wasnt renewed since covid as informed by hotel staff, the pool was dirty unusable for swimming, the washroom comode didnt have a faucet , with 2 ladies it was a nightmare, no place to wash feet as there was only an ancient tub and rusty shower from which water hardly cameout. from the room you can only see a bit of the dirty pool and lots of wires and concrete . Housekeeping guy said all roms were booked when we asked to change and inspite of asking him and calling at reception for a sr person none came to address our issues. Also there were small cockroaches all around, disgusting!even in the tea left over when we awoke in the morning. There was an extra bed on a char pai with the edges hurting any careless person. the sofa had metal decorations coming off resulting in sharp jagged edges. Handles broken, big bed was actually 2 beds joined in such a way that there was big crevice in which my daughter was continuously getting stuck. Food was outrageous, chicken pakora with teh chicken coming out of its coating on the 1st bite To top it all there was termite on the wall. Sickening stay! Wouldnt recommend even for free untill rennovation done.

The frontage including garden area could be improved to give it a premier look. Apart from that it fits well in the cetegory of a 4 star hotel.

This Hotel is well located on the MG Road with proximity to big Malls. But the best part of this hotel was its staff. They were cooperative and efficient beyond words. I would say this is the best 4 star hotel in Amritsar. We also had a decent view from our room.

The property was in poor shape and could do with renovating. The sheets were dirty. The towels looked grey rather than white. It also looked as if all repairs were done by amateurs. Management need to ensure there is enough staff to run the restaurant.

The garden and swimming pool area was good. The staff in the restaurant were amazing, although there could have employed to help them.

Needs a bit more love. Owner told me he is renovating the hotel in stages so I will definitely return in future.

I loved the atmosphere and garden setting. A haven in a busy city. There need to be more hotels like this in India. The very modern new hotels are not my taste. Spoke to the owner who was very friendly and informative. Probably my best nights sleep in India so far! Great swimming pool.

The rooms are large, spacious lobby and the staff are very helpful. Nonetheless, the ambient space of the building was poorly managed and the rooms need updating. Renovation is urgently needed, but with a little finesse in decor may transform the property.
