Maybe time for high quality new mattresses from a brand (Symphony, Sleep Company, etc.) and new sheets. Just the overall ambience of the room could have been better. No complaints as such as it was very much value for money, but a suggestion for future.
The resort itself is very well located. The beach is easily accessible and is quite a nice one at that. The breakfast was excellent with all the usual variety of items one would expect at a lavish breakfast. For our (and I mean Bhartiya vegetarian) palette there were enough options including dosas etc.

It’s adjacent part was under some civil Work and it lobby was stinking bad . Also these rooms are very small in size. Need proper painting and better reinforcement in room provisions.

Infact there was construction going on right in front of our room whereby numerous people can just stare inside which was a turn off. Staff was cordial enough and they changed us to a better room at no extra cost but would have liked to know in advance about the construction. LAst thing you want on your vacay is someone banging the hammer in front of you through the day. Cleanliness of major part of room was good but some parts of the cupboard, shelves were dusty.
On top of the cliff on mandrem beach which is a quite, clean and peaceful beach. Good resort, good breakfast, very good in-room dining and they have 24 hour restaurant with very good food options which is a rarity in a resort/hotel at this price point. Family friendly, good staff, nice people and good eating options close by. Transport to other parts of Goa easily available through front desk.

No towels in the room. Fridge did not work. Wanted to charge me for cold water EVEN THOUGH the fridge didn't work. Simply not worth the value of what they are charging.
