Hotel was close to the airport which was our primary reason for choosing to stay there. We found it comfortable although not luxurious. The restaurant menu was varied and well presented. All in all a pleasant stay and excellent value for money.

The lift and floors had a damp smell which was not pleasant. I saw that the walls were wet at some places, one room i checked had water stains which added to the smell. This may be is seasonal, but not pleasant. The bathroom is not elderly friendly. You need to ask bucket on demand and there was no stool to sit. The shower area doesnt have a floor mat and the tiles can be slippery. For getting hot water you would need to open tap and waste nearly one bukcet water (as told by reception). There is soap and shampoo liquids, but it's not marked on which is what. Lastly, for extra bedding i was hoping there would be a folding bed but it was a mattress on the floor. May be that's the norm, but i was expecting more. Headsup, the twin superior room might look like having two beds where one is big and other is small but it is actually two single beds. So if you are a family for 3 you would still need a extra mattress or take a king size bed room and have the extra mattress.

1. Staff is excellent. Very courteous right from the first interaction. From reception to the room service person 2. Its on the Chandigarh Highway so very good to reach Chandigarh or head to Delhi. Also has some good factory outlets and eating joints nearby 3. The lighting, furniture and overall decor is good. 4. Room size is good. There was a sofa, small table and two good chairs and big enough table to do office work.

It felt that the staff treats their customers as money making Machines, we had a early morning flight departing at 7 am. The previous evening before my flight , we were told that no ola /uber service will be available near hotel by the receiptionist. We then booked a private cab worth 700 rs by taking their word of mouth from ronta hotel Later on the morning of our flight, it was evident that ola was readily available and the staff had indeed booked an ola worth 320 rs and handed us over to take us to the airport. Only had they been more honest to the customers

the chefs do not cook egg recipes and other things like dosa and uttapam on the demand of customer at the time of buffet breakfast whereas in other 5 star and 4 star hotels they do this.

The staff was too rude and the buffet was pathetic with no food items neither juice or anything else there also the chef.. Lapchang rudely behave with everyone guest. Room service was not there washrooms totally unhygienic and dirty Not worth spending around 4000 on such pathetic service hotel(over price with low poor service)

stinking bathroom. when we arrived bathroom was dirty . floor of room was dirty. there were no towels & cups etc. In short the house keeping staff was very irresponsible & the receptionist was very rude when we told him about the inconvenience.

The over all experience , no red bull , no tonic water , no ginger ale , beside the rooms was very moistic , wet floors coz of no ventilation , the rooms has so much of moisture !! The breakfast was good but , but i wont visit again , if these things gonna happening regularly , your hotel will get shut soon !!
