Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IndiaKids zone is major missing in such a big Property. Need to add a Kid's Play Area for Families who are staying for long as it gets boring for children in one place. Also, The lightning could be improved in Rooms and Common Areas it feels very Dark.
The property is Beautiful with good Hospitality like always. The food at Kheer and Dia Restaurant was Delicious.

IndiaFor a 60000 Rs payout for 3 nights, the least was a complimentary breakfast that should have been part of the package. Clear need for bringing these hotels in line while charging over the top peak season pricing, some mandates should be must because the result at the end is an unhappy customer even after paying a premium.
Location and overall a decent vibe, architecture is really good.

United KingdomClub lounge was not what I expected. Opening hours - 12 till 8.30pm? not really. My room card for my suite did not open the Lounge door - was told to go to Reception to ask to be let in - doesn't make you feel privileged - staying in a Panoramic Suite. When I arrived in the Lounge at 2pm I was told tea was at 3pm. A bit of a fuss to get a cup of tea before 3pm. Food at Happy Hour was OK but we had to leave before 8pm at the end of the clearing up. It is not like other Lounges where you have make a cup of coffee throughout the day, work on your laptop - not many PowerPoints accessible for working. The shower in the suite made the Venetian blinds wet in the shower itself. Difficult to see how these are cleaned and dried each day etc We left the suite at 9am came back at 2pm and our room had not been serviced.
