How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

the reception staff were not so polite while speaking , i just asked him to let me know in dhms how much d payment would come up to and he simply told me we dont do that . We paid for 3 people but our room had all d amenities for only 2 people .

My TV wasn't working but i was hardly in my room
Had an amazing stay at this hotel, would 100 percent recommend it. Met my expectations. The staff is very polite, i felt taken care off. The food was also good.

Staff is not well trained to behave with customers specially front desk staff.They need to be more polite and responsive.It took more than 30min to send my luggage in my room.Breakfast buffet more options can be added.
Rooms are good and clean.Location is good.Ultimately good value for money..Facilities are also well maintained. Restaurant is also good.

The front desk staff could have been a little more pleasant. I asked if I could extend my stay, and they said No. I asked why and they said No, you cannot extend your stay. The next morning I asked again and again they said No. when I asked why another guy from the other end of the desk loudly said in a rude and abrupt manner, we have no space. It doesn’t cost anything to be polite.

1. The room was rather small for three people. 2. Service was very poor. The reception staff were hassled and took too long to give us a room 3. We had paid for one extra person in the room. But despite that, it took several reminders and hours of waiting to have the extra bed placed in the room.

One minor issue with the shower drain was addressed promptly. Could use more detailed room cleaning with refilling and emptying services.
Fantastic staff! Bhrigumoni in the Flavours restaurant was overwhelmingly polite, engaging, and detailed! Gopal was a delight! Clean, functional, efficient, good laundry services and a great restaurant!

The traffic outside the hotel is terrible. Almost full day the road is highly crowded and causes noise and makes it difficult to go out with your vehicle.
Place is good. The rooms are spacious. Food is good. Staff is helpful. Service is good.

The hotel has great access to the highway in and out of Mumbai, seems really busy but managed to get me where I wanted in time.
Clean comfortable hotel.Nice food at reasonable prices. Good service especially from Gopal (he will go far this young man)and Rahul also housekeeping too.

There is only one minus - I forgot my favorite perfume in the room (1005), this is the only moment that darkened my stay in this hotel. But that's my forgetfulness, not the hotel's fault.
Everything was at a very pleasant level, from accommodation to service inside. Yes, this is not an international 5-star hotel, but for the money paid it is a very good offer. Nearby there is a supermarket, shopping centers, fast food and restaurants. The distance to the center is an hour, which is not close, but it allows you to see most of the city while you get there. Breakfast's are be more Indian, tasty and spicy. During the time I stayed at this hotel, the staff were constantly helpful with any questions or requests.
