Cleanliness of linen & room floors could be better, rooms are at the beach & floor was bit sticky.

Swimming pool is not big and deep enough. It is more for people who can not swim and for the kids.

It was my first time in Goa, and I traveled there alone. The very friendly and professional team of the hotel made my stay perfect. They paid attention in case I needed something, and they asked for daily feedback. The daily tasty buffet for breakfast and dinner was accompanied by live music. The spa services were also very nice and professional. The nearest beach is just in the backyard of the hotel - walking in the garden and going out from the hotel property, and you are on the Utorda beach directly. I'm immensely grateful to the hotel staff for making me feel so comfortable throughout my stay. Special thanks to Soumen, Leane, Josefen, Vijay, Akshay, Betty, Shridhar, and Jasmon for their outstanding hospitality and care. Their efforts truly made my Goa experience unforgettable.

Lot of power cut...should not happen in 4star property like this...kids were scared because of repeated power cut.

restaurants wait staff weren't as attentive as they could have been. complimentary sweets and biscuits were a nice touch but needs an allergen warning or ingredients label.

Rooms were great, The hotel staff were amazing. lost of activities to do, giant chess, and pool close to the beach breakfast was great restaurant food was great.

Property could be little better maintained.. rooms not sound proof - beach shacks very noisy and we could hear them!

The beach is very pristine, especially in the mornings - no crowd, no dirt anywhere Staff is very courteous, especially Isha at the check-in counter was very helpful in making changes to booking and accommodating our requests

Believe the logistics in terms of drop to airport or railway station are significantly higher than Goa miles quote numbers

Everything was nice although they could do some upgrades with modern rooms and tidying up the place abit. Apart from that enjoyed everything else.

Location of the place from the beach is quite good with some really friendly staff its a perfect place for a family holiday!

Mr Kapil the manager was horrible in his communication and also came across as a person who is not transparent with room allocations etc. Initial experience was very bad due to him and his methods of treating guests.

Beach access, Front office staff Ms Isha was very helpful, she actually ensured our stay was enjoyable inspite of initial bad experience at time of check in.

No lift, it was a bit difficult to access all the places with a stroller, nonetheless staff were always very helpful.

The rooms were very spacious with all the essential amenities. There are numerous activities to keep children engaged - football nets, geese, fish, trampoline, cricket nets and bowling machine, badminton, archery etc. The beach that the hotel is situated on was beautiful - large and uncrowded. With clear clean waters teeming with sea life - fish, starfish, crabs and beautiful shells. Hotel food was good and well priced - situated next to Zeebops restaurant as well which offers fantastic fresh seafood in a fabulous setting.

Room doesn’t have any sofas / chairs to sit. Every time you have to sit on bed only.

Ms Isha ( from Front office) executive is very cordial & helped to make our stay comfortable. Observed her helping every guest, doing her job passionately & responsibly. Best wishes. Mr. Akshay is a very nice man & helpful.

The power went off a few times. Unfortunately, it took a bit too long for the hotel generators to kick in.

Very nice rooms with a great view of the pool area and facilities. The food and restaurant were very good with a decent selection at the buffets. Nice pool with fun kids' activities. Right on the beach front. The front desk lady is exceptional, very professional, and attentive. The security guard at the entrance is helpful with taxi rates and will help negotiate on guests' behalf.

The breakfast is not good and does not have either variety or taste. The rooms are having lot of flies.

Pricy for small rooms.

I liked the private beach and ambience..it is good if you get luxury suite ...it was whole booked ..so i had to stay in a smaller club room at high price. Food is ok, staff is corteous and prompt in response.
