Very old property , needs renovation. Basin and Toilet is old and broken. Sanitary fittings in bathroom were old and broken.

Breakfast time on weekend should be till 11 am. Need to improve outflow of water from the bath tub to match inflow of water from the Shower and leads to water accumulation

Breakfast served at the top floor with city views along with a good spread makes it all the more enjoyable.

The restaurant for breakfast was a little cramped. The food spread was average.

Room was of good size. Bath amenities were also fine.

The property (Or at least the room I stayed in) is showing its age and needs to be renovated. Fixtures and fittings are worn out, the windows need cleaning and mending and a starred hotel should not have linoleum floors.

The staff were very courteous and welcoming. Service was prompt and the location is good.

The gym was very dull with no towels or drinking cups. The restaurant on level 10 seemed understaffed as tables weren't cleaned promptly and simple things like coffee took too long to arrive.

We checked into a room and the AC wasn't working....we complained and they moved us into another room....there too the AC wasn't working satisfactorily Overall it wasn't a very pleasant stay

Requested an early checkout , both booking.com and hotel were not flexible. Room did not have safe locker. Thumping sounds from gym next door. Front office staff were curt.

Rooms need to be better maintained, cleaned and updated, water system in bathroom does not work properly, safe in the room did not work, beds are 20 years old and rather uncomfortable, WIFi can be improved especially when Hotel is fully booked

The property seems to have outdated decor & overall furniture setup. This needs renovation. The restaurants need more cuisine choice when it comes to Lunch or Dinner.

An incident completely spoiled the mood for a reunion me and my three other friends were having in the rooftop restaurant. It was very upsetting and not expected. I had checked in with my family and another friend who had come all the way from Mumbai to meet me also checked into the hotel. Couple of local friends were meeting us the hotel rooftop restaurant for dinner. They visited my friends room to drop few gifts they brought for us. The reception not only mis behaved with out visitors bit they called my friends room and said they will charge for visitors by the minute. They indimidated her by saying the visitora have to leave the room and go to restaurant immediately. The reception guy Andred didnt stop at that. He later called the restaurant to comfirm if my friend and our two other female friends were at the restaurant. It was a complete loss of face for us. A horrible experience. We are matured well placed professionals we had the intent of reuniting with old friends one evening, but this mean minded, low profile behavior infront of our guests left us feeling miserable. I wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone.

Breakfast was tasty but the staff needs to have some sensitivity. They behaved bluntly. I asked for a table for 3 the floor manager directed me to a two seater and added a chair to the side of the table that is blocked with no leg space. When we told him we can’t sit there he looked blankly and asked to sit there no mattrr what. I had to scold him to find me a place where we three can sit comfortably. I feel the amount of charges they are charging the customer based on the location they should invest more on the staff training and upgradation. Hospitality business runs on customer service and relationship which is clearly missing.

Bathroom was a big let down. You have to take a shower in the bathtub. The handle fell off and the water won’t drain for an hour. Upon notifying these, handle was fixed but the drain problem was the same for the next 2 days too. The in room dining is also a big letdown. Most of the items wasn’t available even around 7:30pm.

location was the biggest plus. A calm property right near the centre of the city.
