Nothing much to complain regarding the hotel. Maybe the restaurant rice point is mismatched with the quantity of food but it didn't matter to us much.

The rooms were spacious and comfy. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The facilities were adequate.

The housekeeping needs to be better We had stayed in the Suite room (304) and had to keep calling them even for the bare necessities/toiletries in the room which should have been well stocked even before check- in. Rain water seeped into the suite bedroom from one of the windows. Crazy. Pool had loud music and some very loud guests without proper pool attire

The staff were courteous and nice --from the security guard to reception etc Mr Souvik Mandal in the restaurant was an exceptional person. He made every meal special with his personal touch and guidance in choosing the menu. He deserves all praise Honesty: my wife had left her bag and money in restaurant and we remembered only the next day. On enquiring in the reception next day, it was handed over to us with everything intact :)

(A) The location: Some hotels in this area are under construction and have open drains outside their compound. Thus, the way to the sea beach is quite dirty. Since these are all new hotels, hopefully these problems will disappear once all of the construction work is completed. (B) The hotel did not have a geyser. The staff said that it would be installed soon, and hot water could be provided upon request.

The hotel is new, and the best part was the staff behavior. Everyone was polite and helpful, and accommodated our needs. The room was spacious, clean, and well ventilated. The food was great as well.

As the property is very new, the construction is still going on and the bathroom lacked geyser. Apart from this the location lacked the sea view scenery. It’s quite inside where you have to walk for a minute to get into the beach.

Staff behaviour was the best thing I would mention here. The staffs were well trained and very well mannered.

I didn't like the distance between beach and resort. It is time taking to reach beach.but road is now being constructed.

It was very pleasant time to spend with my family in this property. It is one of the low priced resorts. We can expect the more facilities with this price. Staffs are very well. Mostly they are new with this resort. It is now being prepared to facilitate. It will come in next 15 days with full function . Over all it is very good.

It is a new property. Until now, the restaurant, lift, etc, are not operational. Approach road and road to the beach is under construction phase. Staff are not trained enough to give sufficient support and comfort. They even forgot to provide us hotel & food bills after payment. We are yet to receive scan copies even after 2 reminders. Food order & delivery need to be attended more professionally. Food bills are not being confirmed by the customer at the time of delivery, causing unnecessary reconciliation at the time of bill payment.

This is a new property. Hotel ambiance & cleanliness are good. It's not a beachfront property, but very near to the beach. The swimming pool is good. Rooms & bathrooms are clean and spacious, and the ambiance is well maintained. Bed, sofa, chairs, cupboards, smart TV, AC everything is excellent. 1 bottle of water and toiletteris provided on a complimentary basis per room. (However, at least 2 bottles of water should be there).
