Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IndiaNo wifi signal on 2nd floor. Called the reception multiple times still didn't address the issue. No kitchen to order food. Bathroom was not cleaned before handing over the room. TV was there but no dish box. Not worth the price. And location is 5-6kms far from main city. I would suggest to look for other options before booking this.

IndiaMy experience was so terrible that I am compelled to give you the worst feedback possible. Firstly, I was disappointed to find that there was no car parking available for guests, despite the fact that this was advertised on your website. This caused me a great deal of inconvenience and resulted in me having to park car several blocks away from the hotel, which was not only a nuisance but also a safety concern. As if that was not enough, We also experienced a water leak in room that led to the entire room flooding. This was not only inconvenient but also posed a significant safety hazard. The damage to our belongings was extensive, and the fact that the hotel did not offer any assistance or compensation for this was highly disappointing. Overall, stay at this hotel was one of the worst experiences we have ever had. We are highly dissatisfied with the level of service provided, and I will not be recommending your establishment to anyone in the future.

IndiaCleanliness Rude Behaviour of the hotel people's : The check-in was given late around 12.20 pm.It was too irritating to wait for an hour to get the check in done. Rooms too small as per the payment done. No maintenance of the rooms : walls broken, shower not functioning, no bathroom lock, bedsheet not cleaned,geyser not working. In total it was pathetic.
