It was an open parking which was not so good... hotel can take note on this considering many guests who drive to the place.

The hygienic cleanser in the bathroom was leaking. Also, since the bathing area has no partition, the whole bathroom gets wet when we bathe. We also found a small cockroach in the room, which was quite an unpleasant experience.

Sai Maa Hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff is also ready to oblige in any way they can. They are quite flexible with regard to check in and check out timings ( when possible), as well as providing any extras on request.

The lights in the corridor get on based on motion sensors. Locking the door was in the dark for my room as the motion sensor is placed in a different location.

My room very dirty , and i got insects walking around and lice in my bed and even broken glass under my bed and the smell very bad smell in my floor , 1rst floor , no cleaning service daily , i stayed 3 weeks i never was offered a cleaning , plates and garbage was left out outside my room many days without picking up . I still have problems with lice in my hair , i did not want to complain there i stayed quite because i was in a Spiritual travel but i know now that i should say the truth to help this hotel be better because it is a beautiful hotel and Staff is very good ! At the end of my trip I stayed in a bigger more expensive room and that was very clean , no smell and no insects walking around . So don t t stay in the less expensive room with no windows in first floor , it had spider and all kinds of insects walking around . Not like the expensive room in third floor very clean , very big and with windows . The small room with. O windows is what the offer as a first choice in booking . Com advertisement . Don t take that , pay more and get a better room . They also have to do something with the bad smell of the first floor very very bad smell . Thank you and I am sorry to say this is only for the better of the hotel which is a very nice hotel . ✨🙏🏻🌷💛😇😊🥰

I'd normally find at least 1-2 things for every hotel I stay in that are areas of improvement. Honestly nothing I could speak to on the same for Sai Maa

Sai Maa is an excellent place to stay when you go to Puttaparthi for Darshans. We liked the following about Sai Maa Very friendly staff always looking to help The security guard helped us bring out luggage to our room. We had a stroller for my baby and he would help to bring this down the stairs on all days. This was very helpful and he was eager to help us out. The restaurant was really really good. They had a very wide range of cuisines and all were vegetarian. Any orders we made would be available within 15-20 minutes. I thought everything we ordered tasted very very good. The hotel also allowed us to check out a bit late on there last day as our driver ended up coming late. The rooms were very well maintained and our son enjoyed their holiday too. The interior design in the room with Lovely pictures of Sri Sathya Sai Baba was very nicely done. Overall we found Sai Maa to be a great place to stay, value for money and within walking distance of Prashanti Nilayam
